Pros: Was easy to set up and did not require installing unwanted programs. Printing was fast and clear. Good value for money. Cons: Had to set up one printer device for wireless and another for Ethernet connection else Ethernet device appeared offline. Product is lightweight, but it flexed when picked up.

Print jobs are very good. Wi-Fi capable with easy initial connection. Unit sounds mechanical in all its operations which some may interpret as "noisy". Auto-feeder works well. I have been using it for 2 months with no problems.

I have purchased 3 of them in the last year and have 5 of last years model. Ink cost is very affordable and last much longer than other models I have used. I have been very pleased with my purchases. I have been recommending the Brother MFC-J880DW and MFC-J870DW and will continue to do so.

I wanted a printer that will last. So the saleswoman recommend a Brother printer. I bough the printer and left the store.

I was looking for a compact printer that I can travel with in my job. I went to Best Buy and was assisted in my choice by a very polite and very knowledgeable young man. This printer fits my every need; copy, scan, fax, it is wireless, compact and easy to set up. All of these things, plus a great price!

So far my printer/fax/scanner has performed well. I had a brother printer years ago that lasted forever and switched to HP. I was very disappointed with the quality of the HP printers they just did not hold up so I switched back to Brother I think I made the right choice.

Faxed and made copies. No complaints. Someone at Wal-Mart recommended Brother brand. So I chose best buy

So far the features of this Brother printer have been great with one exception: VERY Slow duplex (2sided ) printing And it will not scan or copy 2sided automatically from the top feeder. But the color printing has been very nice as well as wireless printing!!

Has an Ethernet port and works great. The only complaint is making 2 sided copies. I have to use the scan bed, the ADF doesn't make 2 sided copies. I am going to contact Brother to see if the ADF is not working correctly. Other than that, it works.

Great value for a great printer. Does everything I need while not breaking the bank!!

We use this printer all the time. From our iphones, ipads, Mac, Pc. Love being able to send to print from anywhere in the house. Ink isn't overly expensive either. Actually got this one for my dad we enjoy ours so much.

BestBuy salesperson tried to talk me into an HP, glad I stuck to my guns and got the Brother.

This printer had all the functions that were important to me (scan,copy,print,wireless capability) It prints high quality photos as well. The price was fantastic as well the ink is also cheap.

Seems to be solid for a cheap printer. Setup was easy, Air Print works with my iPhone, PC setup was easy. Not sure how durable it'll be but so far it's great for the price.

Printer has all capabilities. Perfect for college student

Best feature easy to change ink cartridges. Very quiet. Far better than my 4 year old Epson.

Have been looking for a wifi printer and this fit the bill, just what I wanted.
