The all in one printer by Brother is one of the best purchases I have made in a while. Not really happy with the Geek Squad service but the machine has been working well.

I retired my previous all-in-one after ten years. Wow! This one does everything the old one did, but WAY better and faster. I am very pleased with my little Brother.

Easy set up. Works great on my wifi printing, only issue is wifi scanning from laptop have to plug in via usb cord. The dual print works well. Have had no paper jams yet.

Good product at a good price. Was initially confused about "up to 500 Pages of Bonus Toner". They should have explained that their starter cartridge is good for 700 pages, and the standard one delivered with this model is good for 1200 pages. Nobody at online help or at the store could explain this to me. Spent several hours trying to get an answer.

It works well. It suits my purpose. It’s a simple machine. But it does all I need to do.

Printer has performed flawlessly so far. Have noticed it is a bit nosier than my old MFC-7360N. Also set up somewhat more complicated than I remember with my old printer.

I've had this printer for about a year and it's had issues from the start. It has difficulty staying connected to the Wi-Fi even though it's 10 ft away. It also has issues staying getting syncing with the computer, when it's less than 4 ft away. I have to turn it off and on several times to force it to sync with the printer. The power button is already worn down from so much turning it on and off. I connected it directly and even then it wouldn't work, the display kept saying 'Receiving Data's indicating it was going to print but it wouldn't print, I had to unplug it bc turning off and on didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone, it's a very poorly made brother printer. It also overheated while printing and it wouldn't work after that until I wired connected the printer and computer. We've had several brother printers in the office and 1 even lasted over 25 yrs and still works but it has yellowed with time so the office decided to upgrade to this, which was a horrible decision. The office also has the Brother 3770 which works beautifully, we've never had a issue with it.

I already have a Brother Black and white all in one laser printer and this has proven to be just as good.

Seems good so far. Not easy to set up but I'm happy with it.

I hate this printer. The feed for envelope etc. does not work very good. The paper tray requires you to put checks in descending order. I just hate it!!!
