Although I've only had this product a month, I'm very happy with the purchase. The images are excellent, I like that it duplex's, and the wireless connection to my devices is so nice. Most of all, I appreciate the reasonable cost of the replacement cartridges available.

Very fast and efficient printer. I bought this to replace an outdated brother printer and I am very pleased. Would 100% buy this again. I love the double sided print feature, helps save paper when I am printing a long document. It’s a little more than what I need for at home, non business use but I love it and would highly recommend.

Very quiet printer. Easy setup. Weights lighter than my old Brother laser making it easy to carry. Unfortunately lacking a print density adjustment.

Easy to set up and prints beautifully. I am very pleased with this Brother color laser printer. I had an expensive HP color laser that rarely worked, was always “off line” and was impossible to get to work. This Brother is so much better and I can’t be more pleased.

Used to have an HP ink jet printer and decided to upgrade to a laser jet. Ended up getting a Brother printer and haven't looked back. Love the scanner, copier options, and the print quality is very good and it prints quickly.

Purchase the Brother printer on the recommendation of a friend. I don't use my printer very often; maybe 3 or 4 times a week. I was tired of blocked ink jets and dried ink in my old printer. This appears to be the correct solution to my problem and in addition the print quality is fantastic.

Love this printer. We bought a different $40 inkjet and realized how much ink it wastes and what a scam those ink cartridges are. We returned it and decided to just pull the trigger on this one for 10x the price, but we don't regret it one bit. Prints come out extremely crisp and high quality. Hope to have this printer for the next 10 years.

A few years back, I had a Brother laser jet printer, but decided to sell it and get a small, color inkjet printer to give space to my office. After about a month or so using an inkjet, I regretted selling off my old Brother laser printer. After trying to print decent documents to make them look professional or print a decent picture, I gave up and bought a new Brother Laser Jet 3720. I'm not going to use the Refresh Subscription and I have that option not to, Other High End Printer Brands require this service to use some of their apps to do the same job as this Brother 3720 Laser Jet Printer. The scanning option is excellent if you have multiple pages to scan into one file. The scanned document looks as good as the original! The colors aren't the best for printing a picture to frame, but the colors in a small picture on a document are very good and clear, not pixelated,

The printer was easy to set up and works perfectly. Scans, copies and prints great.

We have went through several printers over the years and this Brother has blown them all out of the water. Couldnt be happier.

Bought this to replace an aging HP laserjet 400 series color printer. This has the advantage of costing less while being AIO. In my home office, it's much quieter than the HP. Initially, this was a protest purchase given HP's subscription imposition, but I'm glad I've got it now.

Printed onky bw for now but peint quality excellent. Setup a bit clunky. Brother apps only allows print and scan and the app for this printer does not support my older brotger b and w printer so i need a different brother app per printer, which is kind of stupid...

Works great. I switched over to brother years ago after having numerous problems with other printers. This printer does everything I need it to do in a home environment and was super easy to set up and start using. Says its not for pictures, but the color is amazing and prints pictures great
