Had to replace our dying printer and replaced it with the 'updated' model of this printer. It's a workhorse!

I was replacing a Cannon MFC that I had for over 10 years. I knew whatever I got would be a leap technologically and this is certainly the case. Sleek design. Simple software. Super easy setup. Fast high quality printing.

Had a person install it. I went to off line - but didn't know why and didn't want to pay for another Geek person. The person put it on my phone but neglected to have me know how to fix if it stopped working or how to find on my phone. The printer is good - wished there were instructions and knew how to do simple things like change the password without guessing.

We have this same printer at CA house, so purchased duplicate for MT house when old HP quit working. Very pleased with both 3-in-1 printers

This is my second brother printer and I’m just as happy with this one as I was my original one. The setup is quick, printing is fast and good quality, and I don’t have wifi issues with brother printers like I always do HP printers

Really happy with this printer. It replaced an older Brother printer whose automatic document feeder had died. It was really easy to set up and works like a charm. I recommend this multi function printer!

Outstanding quality, especially for the price. Colors are rich and deep and adhere strongly to standard paper. Set up was a breeze: plug and play into both a wired and wireless network. No ink to worry about, so no clogs to worry about.

This is great product, but the software lacks in capabillities in photo settings. Need better software to use.

I love this printer . It is so useful for my artwork . I have been look for a good color printer for years and finally found it.

Great printer, faxes great, but printer software should have had a preview scan to select a scan area when scanning on the reflective glass. Also, should have had software to scan to a PDF.

This is down right awesome. We needed a printer and this has succeeded every expectation.
