The Brother printer was the 3rd printer I purchased within a month. The 2 HP Printers were a mess. The first one actually died, and the second one had problems also. So I bought the Brother. The printer is working well after Tan came from the Geek Squad and connected it to my laptop. Although there are multiple buttons on the front of the printer that I don't know what they are for, and there were no printer instructions to tell about it. Maybe Brother has a list. When I have some extra time, I'll contact them.

Easy to set up with Win11 set up process. Print quality looks good. Ongoing software updates are easy to apply.
I had my last Brother MFC printer for 12 years and it still worked. Just time to get the latest model. Printers are inexpensive; the real cost is ink. Brother ink (or 3rd party) is pretty reasonably priced.

This printer was easy to install and it worked great. I barely used it then a paper got jammed after 2 weeks and it never worked again. I called the manufacture and was sent a replacement but its a hassle! I suggest paying more for a better model

My 2nd brother machine at this price range. I don't understand how they make an auto feed machine that will flip and print on both sides so inexpensive. Print quality is fantastic. Photocopier is amazing and making prints of photographs via copier is great quality for framing. A++. Easy setup, so easy

It took a while, but eventually I got it to work. The control panel gave me some difficulty at first, but otherwise it seems to be working well. If I understand it correctly, the printer is not equipped for faxing (although I have yet to plug a phone line into it)

Our previous Canon printer died in the middle of something we needed printed immediately and I'd had enough. This one was slightly smaller, had all the same features, ink cost $15 less (for the full set) AND most importantly, it sets up in abut 10 minutes flat. And that is with adding multiple networks to it with passwords! Our old printer barely coped with the one! App is also super easy to use and printing truly is easy peasy from all of our mobile/portable devices in the house. PLUS with the app, I can send items from my phone (no matter where I am) to my printer at home! Absolutely brilliant!

Had a printer that I could not make it work with my WiFi, so I bought this Brother printer. It works great with my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a simple basic computer.
