It will get a real test around thanksgiving meal prep. No complaints. The French doors make for easier placement and retrieval of item. It is also a beautiful addition to kitchen. Took a long while for delivery.

Great oven bad service and installation

Broke my cabinet and needed to come back because the oven wasn’t shimmed correctly or level … buy from grands all the rest of the appliances were bought there and never a issue , also I was suppose to get a call back from a Best Buy manager and never did , the flat tire cost me 200 plus the multiple days my wife had to take off work for repeat work that should have been done the first time and I was never given any money back for all this not even a phone call back as promised …buyer beware *****

So we requested an exchange to the same make and basic style except for this new model had the more standard two pull down doors. We love Best Buy and how professionally their staff is when an issue comes to the surface. Our first place to go when we need anything will be Best Buy.

So far things have been okay. The sales person (Nick) was great, answered my questions and quickly got the order in and delivery/install scheduled. I understand that the past year has caused many delays so did anticipate waiting a month or two, so understood when delivery would not happen until June 4th (order placed 4/14). Really disappointed to receive an email the day after purchase stating that the oven could not be delivered until July 8th - so I rescheduled. Super excited to get this oven, the reviews are off the wall!
