Printer does more than I thought. The quality is pretty amazing!

My wife and I picked this printer to replace our finally-deceased inkjet printer. While the purchase price was high, the toners have a great capacity, so we are saving a great deal per-page. While this device doesn't offer simple scanning to cloud services, I was able to set it up to scan to our PC over the network. You can also scan to your mobile device if you download canons apps. Last but not least, the iFAX feature lets you send faxes without needing to connect the printer to a phone line. It's fast, looks nice in our home office, and the print quality leaves nothing to be desired for anything you'd want to use a laserjet for.

I purchased it for my home office. My 2 daughters and I are very happy with this printer quality. We use it everyday from 3 different rooms of our house with its wireless function. Easy setting. Great item in this price!

Very easy to setup. Could not get WAP to work with modem so plugged it in, since I did not want to waste any time. Works great and very good print quality. Looking forward to seeing how much ink is actually used.

I purchased the printer for business and it works like a charm

My daughter purchased one a year ago & hasn’t had any problems. She can easily fax, scan, double side print and it prints quickly. I bought one for my house too. It was easy to set it up to my computer and phone.

This was a great purchase for my home office. Don't do a ton of printing, however, this printer delivers when I need high quality laser prints. Easy set up onto the wireless network for both my Mac and PC.

We've had several inkjet printers in the past. My biggest beef with all of them is the 1-2 minutes it takes to get ready for the first print. AND, it always seems to take that long to print when you are in a hurry. With this printer, I have my first page in hand within 12 seconds. That is awesome! IT will also shoot out several page documents with amazing speed - easily destroying any inkjet I have ever owned. Printing tables and graphics look fantastic. I know some people like photo printing from this printer. But, photo printing is really subpar -compared to an inkjet. So, I wouldn't recommend it. The scanning is fast. And printing on both sides of the page is also speedy. Overall, this is a great printer. The best I have ever owned.

Good printer for the money. It’s a heavy machine, though.

I'm impressed with the overall quality of this printer -- to a point. With the included cartridges, print was crisp and clear, with no banding. Using a non-Canon cartridge, we constantly get an error -- EXTREMELY ANNOYING -- and the quality is not as good. But the price of the cartridges was about $100 for 4. For what I do, perfect quality isn't a must, so that's fine. Where I have had an issue is with Google Cloud Print connectivity dropping on a weekly basis and requiring a restart and paper jamming. The paper feed is EXTREMELY finicky on mine, and you have to find the exact setting so that it doesn't jam over and over. Once you've gotten that fixed, write it down so that if you change brands, you can return to it.

Canon Printer work well, no jams, and clear prints. Set up was pretty easy, I like the keypad display, easy to read. Very easy to print from Apple devices, so very easy!

Great laser printer for the money. I don't print a lot and when I do, I still expect my printer to work. That wasn't the case with an inkjet. This printer just works regardless of when I used it last.

I did tons of research before choosing this printer. I already owned an ink jet printer, but I needed a decent laser jet for my home office because I was tired of throwing money away on ink. I don’t print that much at home, so the ink would dry up really fast and I was always replacing it. I went with canon because it had good reviews, and I already owned an ink jet and high end camera by canon. The print quality is fantastic, the scanner works very well and using it for copies was super easy. It doesn’t print super fast, but for home office, kids homework, etc.... it’s perfect. I love this printer so much, I purchased one for my dad. Great printer, great price and Canon has awesome support!

Best color laser printer you can buy for this price. Prints fast and quality. Duplex printing helps save paper.Would be nuce if it has duplex scanning. Very easy setup.

Everything works as advertised...excellent quality too!

Set up is straight forward and painless. Prints clean and clear. Replaced a 5 year old Oki for the same money to fix the Oki. On sale price was fantastic but I'd buy the Cannon at regular price knowing what I know now.

Love this new printer, should have bought it years ago.
