Excellent printer does what is expected prints both sides and is fast to print. I also have this setup wirelessly and have used it to print off iphones and my desktop. Has printed everything fine and fast. It is black and white printer but thats 99% of what I print. For the price i am impressed.

Wish I Switched to Laser Printer Sooner

This is my first laser printer purchase after having owned ink jets for decades... and my first Canon. I love it! Wish I switched earlier. I don't consider myself a tech person but was able to set it up - well most of the way :) - I did have to call Canon Support and they were knowledeable, really patient and helpful to enable me to get the scanner connected properly. I love how quiet it is- which may be all laser printers - but am happy to be rid of my ink jet. Stress free printing finally!

I purchased this new Cannon all in one after I upgraded to a new iMac with the M1 chip / Big Sur as my prior printer and scanner were way to old. A couple of observations. Initial setup was quick and easy just read the setup guid first. I set ip up via my home wired network, found it in very quickly. A note about Big Sur which is all over the support sites. If you use the generic or apple drivers it will install the printer, but when you click on the scanner you will get a message statin you don't have Admin Access to the file / folder and the native software will not connect. Easy solution go to the cannon site and down load the drivers and scan utility, just make sure you select the correct iOS, for some reason it defaults to 10.x.x and not 11.x.x . Once downloaded and installed all functions are working perfectly . The user interface on the setup display took a few times to get use to the file menu, but that is splitting hairs. I would recommend.

Good set of features for the price point. Wifi setup went easier than expected. Print drivers loaded (Windows) and connected with printer. Mac picked it up immediately over wifi. Scanning either push button or driven from the PC works. Disappointed that it comes with a starter toner cartridge. Not clearly stated. Be ready to shell out another $100 for Toner after 20 pages.

I have gone through several HP laser printers and never really considered buying anything else. based upon the current prices I decided to give this a try. I use it in an office setting for smaller jobs I don't feel like sending to the copier. Print speed is good and auto duplex is a bonus that works well and does not seem to jam. I have always used my printers wired to the network on usb and was hesitant to use wifi given this bands mixed reviews with such setup. I must say, I have had absolutely no problem having this printer connected via wifi and it has never dropped off. Copier and scanner work fine in a pinch and they are what they are. Biggest drawback for me is that I cannot figure out how to manually select the paper input tray. If I put an envelope in the manual tray it works fine and prints to the correct location. I personally like to leave envelopes in the manual tray and copy paper in the main tray and manually specify at printing which to select which this printer does not seem to want to allow. Always worked with HP. Minor draw back and you just have to load the envelope immediately prior to printing. You can however load 3 or 4 envelopes at once to print more than one at a time without having to reload between each one. Overall, based upon the current climate and printer prices this one works perfectly and i would recommend it over paying twice as much for another brand. I did not need the copier but it doe snot get in the way so i guess it is an added bonus.

I bought this because I was fed up with ink jet printers and the cost of cartridges. I love this printer. It prints fast, has never lost connection in the 2 months I've had it. The toner cartridges are extremely reasonable and the whole thing is just way more efficient. Sure, it doesn't print color but I very rarely ever need anything in color. Love it.

The Canon D570 is (so far, just recently purchased) an excellent value. It is very fast and connects to my wifi to print wirelessly. I would certainly recommend this printer to anyone who only needs black & white printing. It is also a 3-in-one printer for copying and scanning.

6 Months Into Ownership A Window's Software Issue

I have owned this printer about 6 months and was happy with it until recently. I am not that tech savvy but didn't have any issues getting it online. I am using a USB cable. A recent issue has occurred that appears to be a Windows problem and that is, every time I turn the printer on, it prints a test page and 2 empty pages. Canon does not have a fix as it's a Window's issue. It's annoying. The only fix is to go completely wireless.

I like it, but sometimes it feels a little more complicated than other low-end printers. The print quality is what you'd expect and it's fairly easy to set up. But it does get complicated on the display at times.

Great printer! It came with a trial ink cartridge that lasted for 6 months. I think that alone impressed me the most. I just replaced the ink for the first time today, and it was a simple process. It prints easily and quickly on both sides. The paper has never jammed, and I've used various sizes and types. One of my favorite features is the wireless printing. It prints from my laptop and also from my phone. I like that the printer is also a scanner and copier. It's perfect for my home office needs.

Great value for the price. Needed a simple black and white printer for my husband's business. The set up was easy to do on the computer and the printer has worked flawlessly. The printer was on sale and the salesman said that laser printers were good when not printing often as the ink can stay dormant and not cause a problem.

I like this black and white printer and recommend it if you have some basic business and school needs. I like the laser, prints come out good, has double sided capability if needed. I also like that the ink cartridges last quite a while. I already had another Epson color ink jet printer that was good except it was such a pain and costly to keep refilling ink cartridges. I got sick of having to buy color toner that would deplete despite I only printed in black ink. A serious pain! So this time, I went with an only black and white printer and am very happy with the purchase. Setup and wireless connectivity was very easy.
