No wireless internet connection as explained in store

Enjoyed working with the cannon printers. Very little maintenance is needed and satisfies my printing needs.

If I knew then what I know now - NEVER would have bought this monstrosity! Cost me $150.00 to have it installed - thanks CANON.

I received my Canon MF236n and installed as wireless printer,it didn't worked , I called Canon tech support (case number 30077020**) they tried to troubleshoot but not success,Canon guy suggested me that I have two options 1,Repair printer 2 Replace with refurb printer which I refused and requested to transfer to supervisor and he suggested same,I purchased printer in $99 and today it is $124 but I have no option except to return it.

Works great. Replaced another Canon I had for years.

Works great for printing and scanning. I would recommend it as long as you don't need color printing.

When the HP died, I went searching. This printer was the choice. Great function and economy

This Canon is an all in one printer that is easy to use.

Printing scanning speed is good best for office desk.

It works just fine by itself, but when I connect to multiple USB printer, it randomly working.

I thought this product was wireless but only found out when delivered that it was not. The technician that came to install it was not able to complete the install due to lack of a cable for the printer, I was disappointed the product did not come with this. Even when I was able to get the cable I was not pleased with the product. It was very slow in downloading the document to print. I also generated an error message that I had no idea of how to clear.

I own several other Canon printer products and have always been fairly happy with them, except the high cost of the toners. However, this last purchase has been extremely difficult... the set up has been tedious and not user friendly at all. I would Not recommend this model unless you have a lot of time to deal with the complicated and not-user-friendly set up process. Additionally, the paper feed is Extremely noisy... sounds like a loud asphalt grinding machine.

We have about a dozen of these imageClass all in ones around the office that are heavily used and abused. They work great, have been pretty rock solid, and cheap toner refills are easily available online. Bought this to replace one that finally broke after 6.5 years. Cons: Expensive, but there's limited supply out there b/c of Covid. NO WIRELESS fyi, but is CAT 5 cable/network capable, which is what we needed. Also, AppleAir print - with the WIRELESS versions - is very suspect and rarely works. Get a Brother if that's going to be aprimary way to print for you. We bought two for the Apple people in the office, and they've been seamless. Canon simply will not relaiable AirPrint.

It doesn't print on both sides of the paper. I need to exchange it or get a refund please!

Problems problems problems. Returning to store. It wont scan from feeder Scans are very light handwriting doesnt show through. Won’t print from my phone. Hard to change settings
