What else can I really say other than it works great? I suppose I could say that it appears the printer only let's you change the cartridges when they are completely empty. I guess it forces you not to waste.

This printer has done a great job thus far, the initial warm up took a while but otherwise good. We have not had to replace the ink yet and hope it will be as reasonable as stated. Very quick and duplex is a great addition to our previous multi-function machine.

I recently trashed a hp printer scanner because it was always jamming and not working properly. But the worst part was hp customer service somewhere in Philippines. Canon on the other hand works great and if you have a problem customer support is int the USA.

I purchased this to use strictly as a scanner. It does a good job but only will scan about 30 pages at a time. If you try and scan more than 120 pages it will overheat and you will have to wait to continue to scan. Other than that great piece of equipment.

I have had a variety of printers over the years and this is the best one. all the services it offers are nice for a small office and the wi-fi option to print from phones and computer saves a lot of time! highly recommend this product.

I have had this printer for a little over a month and it is working as expected. I like the double paper trays as it avoids having to take paper out when printing envelopes. Scanning is good and ink quality is good.

We have been without a working printer for sometime and this make was recommended by a couple of co-workers. After seeing this one on sale I made the decision and went for it. So far it has worked out well.

This printer goes through too much ink, paper always jams up, and has connection issues i have to be in the same room to print wirelessly. Worst part is no one buys used printers stuck with it

Seems incapable of printing locally via Microsoft Remote Desktop - customer service was of no help in providing answer to whatt should be a common use for many people.. Returned this printer and count comparable Epson and am extremely happy. Also, the height of the printer is more than represented.

I paid 30.00 more then required due to BB having the same printer on sale after Thanksgiving. Watch BB prices, be fore buying any items here as this is the 3rd time BB has managed to over charge. Not always the Best Buy!!

Fantastic product with an easy set up. Good wireless capabilities. Especially useful for those wanting to save money while maximize performance.

I've never used a cannon before but after my other printer went out in less than a year I decided to switch it up. So far it does as described and ive had no problems.

I never bought a cannon printer, always an HP, and I am now a Hugh fan of cannon now, this printer connects so effortlessly and prints 2 sided with ease. I haven't tried other features, but I'm sure they are great!

This printer was a great bargain, picked it up on special and I am very pleased. The double sided printing and wireless functionality are awesome. Has the feel of a high quality office printer at a value price.

I have a canon photo printer that eats through ink when printing documents. I needed something that prints documents at a decent price and this works perfectly.

The printer works very well but it was a bit of a challenge to set up. There is not a printed manual and the manual on the computer is not arranged in an easy to read format.

I like my very old Canon printer, so when the opportunity came up to snag a new model at a sale price, I grabbed it. So far, so good. I love that it's networked to my home office; very convenient.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it isn't quite as fast as the Brother printers I was used to. Very good, other than that. Price was excellent!

Works exactly as expected. Love that it has two paper trays and print quality is every bit as good as a laser jet.

I am impressed by the functionality. I was a HP fan but, not anymore. Cannon tends to feel more than regular.
