The setup was easy installing the cartridges was a breeze however I have yet been able to connect the wireless feature to my wireless laptop, so therefore have to opt in for a USB cord for the printer

Nice looking printer for a kid, because of wireless and scanner, not to mention the red color. However, it does not pull the paper when printing. Invest more money and get a better printer.

This printer have everything I need. Most of the time I am using it for school, but I did start doing some picters too. And the price was very afordable.

I had this same printer for over 10 years and it had had zero issues until now when the rollers quit pulling the paper in. It was cheaper to buy a new one here than to repair the old one.

Works great for simple documents and photos but will Not Re-Size anything

First of all, it can't connect to 5gh. I rent any can't change the router. I understand that's common. I just wish I had known . More importantly, the color isn't anywhere near what it shows on screen whether I have Photoshop or the printer control the colors. (See pic. Original is on the left) A piece of 4x6 photo paper got jammed so far inside I couldn't reach it even after taking the printer apart as far as I could.

Excellent printer, I highly recommend it, for home use, the duplax function is great. the shipment was timely.

No words except after repeated attempts of attempting to hook-up to my WIFI (unsuccessful), went ahead and used a USB port. Finally worked that route, HOWEVER, it would never print a page without misprinting - sentences "merged" together, never a clean print. I did have a Tech expert friend look at it - he did, and advised me to return the product. I did and went with an HP printer and it works like a charm!

Worst Printer I ever came across. After being connected for almost a month, when I switched my internet provider, it never got connected. Throwing out as soon as I get a better one. $55 trashed. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS.

First of all registration is unbelievably hard and tech support is snarky at best. The printer quality is doubled and almost impossible to read! The pictures have a vertical line from top to bottom of the picture. I will never buy another Canon product in my lifetime and will pass this on to everyone I talk with... I’m completely unimpressed with this Company and their Tech Support folks!

Absolutely terrible printer very hard to set up and went to return it because it was difficult to set up Best Buy didn’t wanna take it back because it was 4 days late . Why do they only give two weeks to return? It isn’t even used just opened the box to se it. Also when I received the printer it was in the box it comes in didn’t even come in a shipping box to hid what I had bought. The ink I had bought came in a box too they took back the ink that was one day late due to late shipping. They only took it because it wasn’t open.
