    Installation was pretty easy. It worked GREAT for its first day in service! But, after sitting idle for about 10 days, it’s now just a big, heavy, brick in my (home) office. No time to spend on it right now, but I’m pretty disillusioned. Hopefully, I can eventually get it working again…..

    The Canon Pixma TR7020A is a great all-in-one tool. The printing in black is good and the color is good as well but a little less vibrant then I'm used too. It took me a while to figure out how to work the printer even with the manual. Not too user friendly. It works well for a home office.

    I got this after buying an HP and I will never go back. Unlike HP the app actually works and connected to my Wi-Fi on the first try. It is a little annoying that it turns off after not being used for a little while, but I'm sure I can disable that setting and I only print something like once a month so it's not that big of a deal as it only takes maybe 20 to 30 seconds to boot up and be ready for printing.

    I don't see much improvement from the previous version. Plus, the new inks are much more expensive. The worst part is that it always has paper jams when having a multiple paper job
