It works for low volume jobs

It does the job, but the paper tray can be a pain to load and reset. I have this figured out, but it takes some patience, but for the price it does its job for low volume printing or scanning.

Don't buy - Recurring Paper Tray Alignment issues

This printer looks, feels — and most importantly, works — like a toy. The build quality is awful: flimsy plastic and poor design throughout. The paper tray never fits properly, so I have to pull it out and push it back in repeatedly until the printer finally accepts it. Then, the next time I print — without touching anything — I get the same tray error and have to go through the whole process again. I contacted Geek Squad to use my 4-year warranty, but they said they have to attempt four repairs before sending it to the manufacturer. Only then might I get a refund. I don't have the time or patience to keep wrestling with a faulty tray and making trips to Best Buy. Skip this one — the quality simply isn’t there.

This is an excellent printer that does everything that we expected. It was super easy to set-up and connect to our wi-fi. We don't print too many things in color just because the ink is so expensive, but we'd buy this model again with no hesitation

Satisfactory printer, but not user friendly

Works fine, but not user friendly. You need to manually turn it on and it will eventually shut itself off, requiring you to physically turn it back on. Paper tray needs to be pulled out each time you print. Display is extremely small and difficult to navigate.

Great little printer. A little slow but for the price and easy connectivity it's fine. My only gripe is the paper load on top doesn't have a piece to hold paper.

This is exactly what I've been wanting. A Canon printer! I was waiting for my HP to die so I can go back to a Canon. This is a great printer to print photos. Canon is reasonably priced for such a great quality printer.

REALLY slow to turn on and get first copy but then ok. It's also a little weird to set up if you're used to a tray that stands out (picture at your right is how it looks when ready to print). it does print well and will do both sides of the sheet if you tell it to (just don't pull it out after the first side is done). Kind of big and heavy for a new printer which I don't like at all with my limited space but it is a good printer.

I switched to the Canon PIXMA after non-stop connectivity with an HP Deskjet. The Canon was extremely easy to setup and the wireless connection was seamless. I've printed about 200 pages in the past few weeks and it has been great. I'm very happy with the purchase and price.

Great printer . Only reason for 4 star rating is lack of tray to catch printed paper . Your copies just fall on the floor if you're not there to catch them .
