I’ve had this printer for a few weeks now and the only downside I have experienced is that it randomly unpaired itself from my smart phone and I had to delete the app and set everything g back up again! Thankfully it’s only happened once!! Otherwise, great printer quality! Live that it prints double-sided documents! Even signed up for the ink replacement plan!

I bought this printer for my dad who works from home. He mainly uses it to scan and the inevitable printing documents. The setup only takes about 10-15 minutes. You can also download the Canon Utility App which allows you to AirPrint or print wireless from your devices. I would highly recommend this printer if you are using for simple home office use!

This is the first time owning a Cannon printer. My last few printers have been from that other major brand. When I switched to Cannon, the print quality stood out to me how clear and sharp the print was with no lines or skips. This is compared to what I had become used to from a home printer. I’m very happy to own this Cannon printer.

I needed a printer for work amid COVID19 and purchased this one due to the price and the features of the printer. I specifically looked for the following capabilities: scan/printer with dual printing and wireless connection and hoped it would be relatively compact and sleek. This printer can do all those things and fits the bill. I even printed a test picture and it worked great! The biggest issue with this printer is connectivity. I had it professionally installed by my work's ITS person and it still refuses to print from my computer. When I try to print it just says the job is pending and doesn't print. The only way to get it to print is if I print through my phone's Canon app ( I have a Samsung S10). This makes it difficult to print Adobe Advanced Forms documents as they print out blank or in the wrong orientation even when opening the document with Samsung's Adobe Acrobat application.

I love this. Functional and easy to use. Great quality.
