The Printer/Copier is simple to use, and is much more compact than my prewvious Epson which died. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Printer is very good quality for printing on paper as well as photos! However, it goes through ink cartridges quickly and they are expensive. One of the cartridges is purple and it does not come in a box with other colored ink cartridges. I finally found it on Amazon, but again pricey.

Was looking for a printer that reliably printed photos. Although my Epson printer was supposed to print photos, the prints always came out terribly. A waste of ink and photo paper. Years ago I had a Canon printer that produced great photos. Decided to give this Canon a try and I am very pleased. I will continue to use the Epson for regular printing and the Canon for photos. Pity the poor sap who tries to use this printer for anything other photos. Haha. Definitely recommend.

Had my last Canon printer for 10 years. This one is so much easier to operate and much quicker! Very happy with my purchase!

The printer is compact for all that it does. The interface is nice and is fairly intuitive. This is good for a home office, but couldn't do an industrial load of work. It does serve both my home office and any family printing needs, such as photos, though, so I would recommend it for that purpose.

Excellent printer. We bought this to print magnetic labels and it work great. Will buy again. Super easy set up.

Easy setup. Great print quality. Added benefit of having preloaded templates such as graph paper and calendars.

Relatively simple once you figure it all out. I'd had my other printer for 25 years. I had to start from scratch to learn how to use it. In some ways it's easier than the old printer, in some ways not. It's much smaller than my old printer and I like that a lot. Less heavy too.

So far, very nice product. I've owned other Canon printers and found them to be excellent quality and this one upholds those same benefits. The only concern I had originally is that it makes a really weird noise at times as it goes through some sort of diagnosis, cleaning or whatever it is doing. It sounds like a screeching sound and since it does it routinely, I assume this is normal. But this wouldn't deter me from owning the product.

I had owned the previous version of this printer. Both produce(d) excellent color photos with print sizes up to 8.5x11, bordered or borderless. The advantage to this model is that it automatically knows the size of photo paper you are inserting in the rear slot. On the prior model, you had to set the size each time. The price fo this model is a little steep when compared to the competition, but the print quality is unsurpassed.

Easy to follow instructions. Does not take much speed. Love how quite it is and the way it prints on both sides.

Upgraded from TS8020 because it broke, but I really liked it while it worked. New, slimmer design and better wifi. Compared to its predecessor, it is very similar in print quality, but cost twice as much. Print quality is pretty good for personal use. One reason I got this printer is because it has borderless printing. You are also able to use non-genuine print cartridges without seeing a difference (sometimes depends on the off-brand).

Works like a charm. Easy setup on my Mac and iPhone. High quality scans. Good prints and copies.

I've had this about a month now. So far... - For a little while I kept getting an error, when trying to print a word document. It was wanting paper to be loaded in the back paper feed, when there was paper already in the front tray. It was not able to figure that out, and I couldn't figure out how to tell it which one. I gave up and tried again the next day and it magically worked then. So not sure what the problem was, and this hasn't happened again. - There is a setting to have it "wake up" when it receives a print job. This works maybe 50% of the time. - The print quality is good, the colors are a little light though, maybe there is a setting to change it, but for what I use it for, it's fine. For the price it's an ok printer.

It seems a little slow to print but quality of copies looks good. We had trouble getting it to print from a second smart phone but figured it out. Don't print that often so this works fine for us. I do like the screen that flips up for easier reading.

Our reliable old Canon MFP was just getting to where too many inkjet streaks and was a wired unit. This one being wireless and great copy plus a little smaller footprint turned out to be a plus. The ability to print on DVD/CD is also a plus while not part of the decision as I have an EPSON XP640 that does that and I use often from another PC. Overall very satisfied. Don’t print much volume, more scanning so do not have any input on cost of copy.

This printer has done such a great job so far! I really enjoy the ease of use and easy set up.

Love this printer. It is easy to use and prints so much faster than my 6 yr old HP printer

The set up took a little time and used a lot of ink. But once I got it all done it is working great. I love that I can print from my phone and tablets. Previous printer would not print from my phone.
