I looked long and hard for any printer(s) that could function in a photo booth environment without using my phone as a hot spot. This printer can be used anywhere and setting up its print direct capability is pretty easy. Even using the selectable templates is a big plus, and using the battery option completes the package. As an event photographer its the perfect solution to run an event without a single power cord connecting camera to tablet, to printer and Best Buy is the place to buy this printer!

Truth be told, it really is a good little printer. How ever, my daughter was shocked when she found that not only was the battery not included, BUT THE BATTERY COST MORE THAN THE PRINTER! Would have been 5 stars with battery. Only recommended if batteries are not necessary.

Years ago I had a Kodak photo printer that printed photos in a similar method. However, the Kodak printer required the camera to sit on the printer to connect with the printer. The Canon will print from any camera, by the sad card or wireless if so equipped.

I really enjoyed using the copier at a crop I was at in Branson, Missouri I love it I am using it this weekend again.

I was very pleased with the product, it was easy to set up and easy to use. I did have to purchased a cable for printing from my computer and I am still having trouble getting the prints to print the correct size but that should be solved with a bit of research. I love not having to run to CVS for pictures.

Oh wow..I can't even really express how thrilled I am to have chosen the Canon - SELPHY CP1200 Wireless Photo Printer. I have been raving to family and friends about it since purchasing it. It's nice and compact so it easy to travel with. It's has ports for USB, Memory card, you can hook up a camera or phone directly to it and you can send photos to it wireless from your computer and phone. Takes less than a minute to print out photos. Ink cartridges are easy to remove and install and most of the ink packages are sold with printing paper. Even tho this only prints post-card size photos you can adjust them to fill the whole card. Only problem I ran into was that certain photos, that maybe someone sent to you or you may have pulled from a friends Social network page or other site may not be in a format (probably a pixel thing)that the printer can't read. Haven't had a chance to figure out what to do, but I'm sure it's probably just changing the format. Other than that...this is a great photo printer

We do lots of children's activities at church and an assortment of functions. This item is easy to use, can be taken and used anywhere, great for craft activities requiring a photo. We even used this at a photo shoot with children and Santa giving each child a photo. This is our second time purchasing.

We were on vacation with friends and they had one. When we were leaving they gave us a packet of photos of our great fun. We have now done the same with other friends. There is something different about looking at a photo on paper as opposed to looking at them on a small phone. Easy to use.

Great for on the spot printing at my last minute events.
