Does not work out of box

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The speaker did not come with a required sd card and didn't have a way to import my older set I got on sale to use this. Also if I want to use this with homebase 3 there is apparently a dongle set needed to comunicate with devices set up for that. If you have an Alexa seeded home my recomendation may be to try the skill Eufy has on there first before spending 40 bucks here.

It has never worked in more than two dozen attempts. There is nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi, as other connections work fine. The doorbell/camera system is worthless if you cannot hear it ring. I never had this problem with the previous system. It is a waste of $290.00. The pictures are great and clear, but why would someone make a system so flawed as not to offer quick, easy connections? Many others on the internet have had the same issues.
