This product is just marketing hype. Sound quality soon degraded, when it did recharge batteries they didn't last long, and it died completely at 18 months. A complete waste of money.

She can hear fairly good on the phone even with the amplication turned off. Ringer is very loud. All in all this is the phone I was looking for.
