    Wrong specs, and defective (Possibly)

    First of all, they sent me the wrong pc. They sent me a completely different pc from what I ordered. I have no idea how it happened but it did. First, instead of a 4060 ti, they gave me a 3060 ti. Second, instead of a I7-12700f, they gave me a Ryzen 9 5900x. Third, the pc was defedtive (maybe). I tried running Resident Evil 2 on high graphics, and i got around 180 fps, which was nice until the pc randomly restarted itself. I was confused, and tried running the game again until it did it once again. My guess is maybe the CPU overheats and restarts itself to prevent damage, so I couldn't even play a simple game. And a little bonus feature, they sent me a white case instead of the black one shown on the picture. Overall I really don't know what happened but I returned this item since then, and I don't recommend buying this. Instead you should buy a prebuilt somewhere else, or at least buy it in person so you know what you're getting.

      With regard to the incorrect system configuration, we have looked into the matter and it appears that due to human error, the label that was printed for shipping your system to you, was mistakenly put onto the incorrect box, resulting in you receiving an entirely different system than ordered/intended.

      We very humbly apologize for the mistake, and though this was a rare occurrence, are already looking into ways we can adjust our processes, to help prevent similar incidents in future.

      As to the system crashing, there are a variety of reasons this might have occurred when playing Resident Evil 2, ranging from a driver or game setting conflict, an intermittent hardware issue, or even that particular game having an issue with one or more specific hardware or O/S settings.

      Regardless of the cause, please know that our Support Team is always more than happy to assist in diagnosing, and remedying any issue encountered by one of our products. We stand behind our systems with a 1 year parts, lifetime labor warranty, along with free lifetime technical support.

      In checking our support logs, we don't find record of contact from you, but had you reached out to us, we would have gladly corrected the mis-shipped system situation, and addressed any other concerns you may have had.

    Top of the line gaming system for gamers. You just need to add ram. Everything else is top of the line
