I was impressed with how it syncs with the iPhone. Sends multiple alerts for different speed traps, i.e guns, speed camera, red light camera, it does it all! Can't beat it. Best one I've owned in 18 yrs...

Just drove 1800 high speed freeway and mountain miles and the digital signal process worked extremely well over hills, around turns and gave plenty of warning...best Ka read was over a mile away & minimum of 1/2 mile in mountains....Bluetooth software big battery drain then quit working for good on my Samsung 7android phone...would buy again, BBuy's discounted price was about half of Escort with no drop off in performance; just no fancy feedback which is OK; can make all adjustments on the hardware without the software!

Great radar in my cars, Bluetooth interface is great. Mutes the stereo and announces alert. Essential if you listen to your music loud. Only issue is on my motorcycle the cord (mini usb) rough roads work power cable loose with no warning until I look down

That's right architecture is great and has a long range on it which is wonderful will be able to slow down. I love the app on the phone told you areas that are hot with police all the time and tells you there's cameras on the lights you can put in when you get hit by radar where it's at to help others. Definitely glad I bought this one.

this works as described. in city mode it eliminates false positives. have yet to try the highway out.

What I read in the reviews seems to be Very true! I have several different brands of radar detectors! The DSP in this radar detector puts it up there with escort models it has extremely long range of detection on the highway and is very sensitive so it picks up police radar way before you get to them you should have plenty of time to slow down even if you were doing 20-30 over the posted limit!( highly not recommended due to that's just immature and stupid ) I love everything about this detector! It is extremely worth the price! Because cobra finally made a radar detector that can compete with better more expensive brands like escort! The great thing is you get the Quality and reliability of an escort and very very minimal false alerts because of the DSP ( Digital signal processing ) which helps eliminate false alerts that a lot of other models especially cobra are known to have! Which helps eliminate 96% of false alerts! I know that alot of other models especially cobra are known to have A very high-yield of false alerts some older models especially cobra basically alert you from the time you get in the car time you get out and that's just unacceptable! I have Driven 1,4000 miles in 2 days since I purchased this detector And it's a quiet ride no hearing an alert every two seconds for nothing there! Definitely with The app combined it helps you narrow down where your target is! So for your personal driving style you can set it To not go off for anything under 20mph which helps not hear all the store frequencies ! even though with that feature turned off it filters out a lot of the false alarms not all of them but 96% more than other models and other cobra radars by far their best detection system yet! I would definitely recommend this to anyone Who has a heavy foot! Also to who likes to drive like Mario Andretti! The absolute only downside is the digital screen is very hard to see during the daylight! late at night it is perfect! But also note:( all The alerts and all the settings show up on a paired cellular device so you can see them even when it's hard to read the radar or its night time and radars dimmed to a swiping dot style light! Other than that screen issue! I highly recommend you try this radar out! It's it's already paid for itself! 370$ is A bargain compared to a speeding ticket or two and the fines and points!
