Set up was fairly easy. Just had to create the 2.4ghz network on my home wifi (these only connect to 2.4 not the default 5 ghz on most networks) After that, every worked. Easy to connect to my Alexa then.

Has Worked flawlessly since we purchased this on Jan 2025. We are able to monitor our home even when we aren’t there.

It was very simple to install and connect to WiFi. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. This model was highly recommended by our HVAC technician and glad I purchased. Display is easy to read.

Bought to replace a "dumb" thermostat and didn't want to have to deal with a c-wire. Was easy to install and set up through the app. Love that I can control from anywhere via the app or even Alexa. Great Product!!!! Even have gotten my parents to switch to this thermostat!!

I was looking for a no frills WiFi thermostat and this works perfectly. I use the app to do everything. Makes life so much easier!

Absolutely loved this thermostat. Like the fact that it is Alexa. No more touching the thermostat. Just tell Alexa to turn the system ON, OFF, CHANGE TEMPERATURE, or Just CHECK THE ROOM TEMPERATURE. Definitely will recommend.

You just can't beat these thermostats for a wifi programmable enabled device. It's a more traditional design and it simply works. It also plays well with Alexa. I've bought 3 for my house and my mom's. They have all worked great for several years.

Great for use in properties you manage. The temperature offset and range locking are a lot better than what's offered on Nest that we switched from. Didn't work at one of our properties that didn't have a common wire, but there are work-arounds.

The thermostat works great but the requirements to use HomeKit could’ve been a bit clearer. Nowhere does it state that it requires a C wire to use HomeKit until you begin the installation.

I needed to replace a thermostat that I had on the Lowe's iRIS system that was shut down. This thermostat was very easy to install and program. I can also control it with my Google Home device. I'm sure this reasonably priced thermostat will pay for itself in savings very quickly.

I actually bought 2 units for a duplex. The first one was installed and working great in about 15 minutes. After a couple of wi-fi connection issues with the second, I switched the 2 face plates, and now both are working perfectly.

Good value product for the price point. Functions properly on AA batteries, not using a C-wire.
