My husband and I are technologically challenged, plus we had a complicated install because we wanted the wall mount for the TV to be centered in our entertainment center's opening where our old projection TV had sat. They did an amazing job in a fraction of the time we would have taken, with such a professional manner... They organized all the cords, and made sure our home theater system worked well. Normally I a tightwad and would have preferred to save the money and do it ourselves, but this was money well spent! Big thanks to the Geek Squad!

One of the Geek Squad called to tell me more exactly what time they would arrive ... well within the given times. One man came. I signaled him to shhhh, as my husband was asleep and it was a surprise gift to him. NEVER was there a loud noise or voices for the entire 4+ hours they were there to connect all my media system and the remote to work them all. By the end of the installation, 4 men had been there for various amounts of time. Neat beyond words and so very polite and professional. The best money I ever spent to have the Geek Squad install my purchase.

They had my 4k Ultra TV, Soundbar, and Universal Remote set up within two hours. The tv had to be wall mounted. They took extra pains to make sure it was centered over the fireplace. The wireless Soundbar gave them some trouble initially, but they worked through it and everything was working perfectly when they left. They were also very polite and professional! Definitely worth the extra cost. That would have been an all day/weekend project for me.

The Geek Squad did a great job and answered my questions, the one question I should have asked but didn't because I didn't think they could have answered. did I get the best deal for what was done, my old TV was already mounted on the wall and the only thing needed to be done was take old TV down put mounting brackets on new TV then placed on the wall, no new TV mount was needed. did a few setup to connect to wifi and went through some programing. should I have explained more about what I had already had done with my old TV and only needed to have gotten The $149.00 installation instead of the $259.00 deal?

What I thought was a beautiful picture on our new 4k ultra high definition home theater system could not be any better, we even had the dual pained windows tinted. Then we had the theater calibrated today and WOW it's like you're in the picture! They schedule the calibration after 200 hours of use. The process is very technical and done using computer technology. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Geek Squad came to my house and set up my new digital TV. They were great about offering me options and getting my opinion about placement of the TV, extra costs, etc. When they finished, they made sure I knew how to use the remote, sound bar, TV and legacy VCR that is connected to the system. They were fast and helpful and I really liked them. Great service.

Would HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad, they were prompt with the service, placed covers over their shoes to protect our carpet while installing our equipment, very knowledgeable!!!! Made sure we knew how to work everything and left their card with us if any questions we would have. Very professional staff!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I was hesitant to purchase this package at first. But when I saw what was included: hanging wall mount, connecting flat screen to mount, setting up internet (Wi-Fi), cleaning up afterwards, explaining how to use controls, and guaranteed for 5 years. Excellent cost. Geek Squad men were very friendly and respectful.

I have a system that is too complicated for me . They set things up efficiently and professionally. Afterwards they answered all questions and made sure I could operate it completely. Also gave info on how to contact them with any further questions. Could not have been more pleased!

The Geek Squad is well worth the money. These guy's set up my television in an hour, and I am certain it would have taken me longer. They showed us how to use the features and gave us contact information if we had additional concerns. We highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

The GEEK SQUAD called ahead to let us know that they were on schedule and did show up on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and did professional job. They even stayed to make sure we were comfortable with all controls. Absolutely no mess to clean up afterwards.

After watching the complexity of my wall mount, sound bar TV mount, console, Blu-Ray, 4K TV, wireless rear speakers installation, I couldn't be more thrilled with this decision. They named the inputs. Programmed my remotes. Set the best color, the best sound, well worth it.

Geek squad installed my new 65" tv and sound bar to go with it. I did not purchase a holder for the sound bar when I ordered everything. They had one on their truck that they were able to sell to me on location, for a very good price. All worked out great!!

Have used the Geek Squad before. All techs I've met have been outstanding. Chris and Clay are both awesome, knowledgeable and very helpful. Look forward to working with them in the future, if needed!

The crew who installed were very efficient and professional. Was impressed that after they left I thought of a question and they had given me a number to call which they answered and worked with me over the phone to address my question and change what I wanted to change.

Geek Squad installation team was first rate, helpful and went the extra mile. Showed me how to use the smart tv features. Hooked up auxillary speakers, subwoofer and amplifier. They knew I needed an optical cable because the new tv is digital and the amp was not.

Best Buy installation and the warranty are a big plus with a major purchase. We wouldn't have been able to figure out how to hook up the sound system, so we had Best Buy do it for us. Very pleased! Hope we won't ever need the warranty, but if we do, we have it.

They did a great job installing the 65" to a two arm articulating wall mount. The sound bar was mounted to the TV for a clean, professional installation. They cleaned up well, took away the boxes. All work performed in a very professional manner.

The guys took care to explain things to me and were a big help. They answered my questions and left me a business card so could call if I had questions after they left. I would say they went beyond what I expected of the Geek Squad.

Great service. Best Buy had to replace a 65" TV for me after multiple repair attempts. Each service visit was professional. They made the exchange with a replacement TV very easy (without having to go through Sony). Glad I bought the package.
