Download library was not working. GeekSquad tech support could not get to work. Was given wrong code twice. Finally completely by going to WordPerfect website. Took over two hours. Indicated in review for session with GeekSquad that I wanted to talk to someone regarding the problem. No one has called. Following up to see if corrected and GeekSquad said its a Best Buy website issue.
Check with them before you buy.

Bought the item digitally and doesn’t even let me get to the download even when following steps to fix for digital library. Called and got no help, only the run around and still not able to download it. Kind of wish I didn’t buy it as I can’t even get the product.

Very pleased with a complete suite with documents and spreadsheets
I needed to make several calls to download the product, but when I finally spoke with the Corel people they were prompt and helpful.

need it for work. did have to buy an external CD drive but I just load the disc in it, hook it up to my laptop and let it download.
