    I just picked up the Corsair HX1200i for my new build, and it’s been great so far. The install was super easy thanks to the fully modular cables, and the unit itself feels really solid and high quality. My system runs a high-end GPU, and the power delivery has been perfectly stable with no weird noises or coil whine. What I like most is how quiet it is—I honestly can’t hear it at all while gaming. It’s definitely not cheap, but it feels like one of those parts you buy once and don’t have to worry about for years. Overall, really happy with the purchase.

    I am happy with my power supply and has not failed yet. Seems well build and like the option to be able to monitor power from the corsair dashboard. Only thing that was a surprise was the lack of a dedicated 12v 2x6 connector. They have the conversion cable but buying what I thought would be the higher end power supply would come with the dedicated GPU connector. O well no biggie

    the new power cables are excellent, it comes with a power cable ready for the 5080 so no need to use the standard adapter your gpu comes with, love that.

  • Disappointed – Returned Due to CUE Red Light Issue

    I had high expectations for the CORSAIR HXi Series HX1200i power supply, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. As soon as I installed it, the CUE software showed a solid red light that would not go away. I checked all connections and reinstalled it carefully, but the issue persisted. A brand-new PSU should not present this kind of problem out of the box. On the positive side, Best Buy accepted the return without any issues, but overall, I lost confidence in this unit. For such a premium power supply, I expected flawless performance and reliability.
