Really fast and the side buttons are great for outdated MMorpg's like Lord of the rings Online. I use it for pvp bcs you have to circle your opponent while attacking and the only way to pull this off is with the side buttons.

I'm a gamer, specifically World of Warcraft and with the number of buttons on this mouse it makes my life easier. That I can adjust to fit my smaller hands is the icing on the cake. This is the 2nd of these I have owned well worth the money

If your into mmo's or in need of a mouse with an array of buttons, look no further.
I've been using this mouse for almost a year and it's really helped in taking my gaming to a whole other level. Feels comfortable and light. I will say that sometimes the drivers/app may cause some games to crash so if you are experiencing game crashes, uninstall the app.

bought this mouse because i have always prefered MMO/RPG style games. I have owned multiple different brands of this same style of mouse. I purchased the corsair due to the fact that my PC setup is almost completely Corsair. I have to say that I am pleased with this product. Feels quality, the RGB is very bright, accurate and transition very smoothly from color to color compared to other similar devices.
I have two complaints about this mouse. I love the idea of the side buttons moving/sliding forward and backward to find best fit. However I have my number keys pulled almost all the way back toward my palm which in theory should raise the buttons back and up.. I still find it very hard to get my finger cleanly on the 1 key as my thumb is hitting my mouse pad and the 2 key instead. ther is no fix i have found for this yet. Possibly different mouse pad or sliders/ feet on the bottom of the mouse. This has nevr been an issue on any other mouse of similar style i have tried from other brands, even much cheaper brands.
second issue is the right and left mouse buttons are very sensitive. i find myself holding or randomly clicking the mouse without meaning to or even noticing sometimes

It’s a solid overall MMO/MOBA mouse. Light, but sturdy. My only real complaint is that it’s software for keybinds and lighting effects etc. is not the most user friendly. You have to save after assigning each button and open a new action before starting the next. Also the light in front of the side buttons color change options are not found in ‘lighting’ rather in DPI.

Honestly so far it’s a wonderful mouse for it’s price. Adjustable and sturdy with a comfortable feel. It’s got great color and tracks well without a mouse pad on a solid wood desk. I would honestly recommend this to anyone who needs a mouse for gaming of any kind. I use it for both FFXIV and League of Legends. With an adjustable dpi I feel it’s great for FPSs as well.

The Corsair Scimitar RGB elite is a great replacement for Razer's Trinity. Corsair also has chosen to continue native MacOSX support, so if you're a Mac person that wants these features, kick Razer to the curb (which I advise to do regardless given their experienced-for-years but no other options around quality, customer support, etc). Software is where things are also so much better than Razer. Even when they did "support" Mac, it was clunky, buggy, and didn't even support all their device lines' features. Razer sure has some great marketing, though. Corsair's iCUE is pretty easy to set up, and has supported everything I've needed. So far it's only my mouse, but at some point when I upgrade my headset and keyboard, I will be getting Corsair.

I’ve had Corsair mice and keyboards since I’ve started pc gaming. I’ll never go back. They feel great and they’re durable cause I can’t tell you how many beers I’ve spilled on these and after a good clean they still work phenomenally

Mouse feels and works great. A little challenging to get the side buttons to adjust freely. Smooth movements and good feel on the buttons. Easy to set up keybinds and colors with iCue.

12-buttons too much? Not at all. There is some markings on the buttons to find your position, you can adjust the slide to make it fit just right and once you train your hand you are maximizing your DPS with fewer reaches across the keyboard. As a bonus it syncs colors across my keyboard, headset, and memory to give a cool feel when gaming.

Good mouse, looks very cool and has RGB lighting all over the mouse. ICUE software is a bit confusing and a bit buggy when keybinding your mouse. So make sure you download the latest software if you are paring it with ICUE to ensure you are able to bind your mouse to your keyboard.

The software is absolutely terrible, but once you get past that if you enjoy mmorpgs (WoW, FF14 for me) then this mouse is great, hand sizes do matter, this mouse is fairly large, if your hand is smaller than average id recommend the razer naga over this.

The Corsair Scimitar RGB Elite corded mouse I looked at seemed to have the features I was looking for. I trust the Corsair brand as their quality has never let me down.
I've had this mouse for 20 months now for all the gaming and programming I used it for it has worked flawlessly until a month or so ago when the scroll wheel has taken to not register a section of 7-8 clicks in sequence where no scrolling occurs. I haven't taken it apart to see if it simply requires cleaning or not because I don't want to risk voiding any warranty which I'm sure is limited to 12 months.
Apart from that issue I'm very happy with my purchase and am going to purchase another mouse of this model today because that little scrolling with the wheel issue is starting to cause issues when I skim my Python code and websites.
