    I bought this drive for two reasons, both picture-related: 1) fast backup, 2) fast retrieval. So far, it has met both my expectations. I set it up for use with my Mac and it has worked well.

    Using this for external storage for my series x XBOX. Read and write speeds are FAST ! Would highly recommend this for application. Just plug in and format for games or videos (gameplay) . It wont do both but that xbox fault not storage

    Don't worry if it gets hot. It can handle the heat. 2TB for traveling purposes is good. Works with iPad as well with Android tablets.

    Absolutely great performance for the price. I’ve never had an issue with products from Crucial, and in my experience, their products only continue to get better. To be fair Western Digital makes great products too and their products are usually faster, but Crucial always hits that sweet spot for price and performance and that is great for all consumers.

    Good solid product but you must reformat to fat32 before connecting to xbox or it will not format on the system in anything other than being able to hold music and screen capture.
