First, the good: this thing is super quiet! I don't hear any kind of buzzing or hissing like I did with some older models of various manufacturers. I also love the fact that there are USB charging ports in the front of the unit for easy accessibility. And the size is nice as it's not super bulky but that is also a drawback which will be mentioned later. As for the bad--the design of the rear. It may have a lot to do with the size of the unit (which I previously listed as a positive feature for the overall small footprint). It's so cramped back there that not everything can fit. Especially with so many plugs still being rectangular/brick-shaped, I lost out on one backup outlet plus if I wanted to use the ethernet in/out, I wouldn't be able to because they are blocked by the odd-shaped plugs. Overall, it has been worth the price I paid.

Exceptional battery backup, works flawlessly. It handles multiple monitors, desktop, router and modem without a single issue.

I really miss my EC850, which did not have a replaceable battery but was priced at about the cost of replacement batteries. In the new series of UPS, they have "stolen" 2 outlets ( 1 from the surge only side and 1 from the battery backup side) in order to provide the 2 USB charger slots. Apparently, the EC850 was the only model with the ECO option that would power off all equipment on the surge only side when it detected the Computer turned off at shutdown. Now I have to power on all devices on surge protection, and I had to give up one device since I had used all 5 surge only outlets. My main reason for upgrading was a new 144 Hz monitor. During normal computer usage, my estimated run time is about 45 minutes. Once I crank up Assassin's Creed Odyssey, which is configured for 144 Hz, my estimated run time drops to 15 minutes. Living in Central Florida (cloud to ground lightning capital of the world), it is vital to have the protection these devices afford. Although I'm not happy with the "improvements" of this UPS, I still value its protection, and I'm happy I upgraded to a more robust backup.

This is my first purchase of this product. Reviews are good, it is a nice looking product.

I wanted a back up for my internet, phone, wireless router, computer and tv. This filled the bill on it. But with the locations I would need extention cords and that would void the warranty so I returned it. But it was a impressive unit.

This has been a better device than I thought it would be. Clean power management. The screen can show you as it is happening power demands and usage. Very useful. Not an issue with it at all

Bought this for my dad to protect his cable box and TV.

Bought it to replace an old UPS that went bad. Easy to install and if this is like the previous CyberPower ups’, I expect a long life. Warranty is great!.

I have had no issues with this device. Easy to setup no issues. Smart display shows the info you need and it does what its suppose to do.

A definite requirement for protecting any computer system.

Turns out it was too big and heavy plus the cord was too short to meet our needs.

I have had this UPS for about 2 months now. Seems to be working just fine. Would buy again.

I had to replace my older CP UPS due to the unit failing to go to battery during an outage or test. This one is also an upgrade in power to deal with the growing loads I wanted to protect. This unit has tested well so far and can maintain critical loads for close to an hour per the app (haven't tested this yet). The USB ports on the front are a nice touch to run some other gear.

This UPS is just the right strength to care for my 70" tv, sound system, blue ray player and cable receiver. Has never failed in spite of numerous brief power outages from Duke Power.

Good design, good capacity. very good features for the price. Also, looks nice in my AV cabinet. Does the job

Bought this for TV and cable box. Hate reboot time when power blips. Good run time.

Why on earth do people want an immediate review of something that only becomes valuable when something else fails is beyond me. OK, out of the box and plugged in. Plug fits in the wall socket ok. NO magic smoke from the unit when turned on. No magic smoke from anything that was plugged into it yet either. I guess that is a win so far. YMMV, Cheers!

This thing has saved my work on my computer during several power outages and brownouts! So glad to have purchased this product.
