I've been using APC products for years and haven't tried any other brands because APC worked fine. I've only had the CyberPower for a few months but it too is working as expected, the construction is solid and the color display is a little nicer than APC. All the right I/O features. Good product so far. No complaints. Sine Wave is nice.

This is the first UPS I have every bought. I got this one because the theoretical max power draw from the devices I would plug in would be slightly over for what it is rated, but I don't plan to ever go to the theoretical max power draw. With all the devices on at idle, the "Current Load" is only at 1 segment. So far it's doing what it's said it would be doing. We'll see how it holds up during the summer brown outs and fall/winter blackouts.

UPS works as promised. Connection and setup is very straight forward. Battery backup time is very good. Power output is very clean on battery. UPS has a very small footprint.

Great way to protect your electronics (TV, gaming systems, computers, networking equipment, etc) and provide powered during an outage. This battery system will not last for hours, but will covers a short amount of time and give you the time to SAFELY shutdown everything. MAINTENANCE: the batteries do last forever and can be replaced.

I have it hooked up to my custom-built gaming rig and monitors, and it estimates about 20 minutes on it before it dies. Haven't had bad enough storms recently to cause power to go out for that long, but I have full trust in this little guy under my desk to give me enough time to power everything down and charge my phone a few times over in the event of total power failure.

I use this for my TV and sound bar in our living room works great for short power outages gives me timing to fire up the generator without missing a beat. Also like the clean power.

I have used this product before on my entertainment/gaming center and knew immediately what to purchase for my new mini-itx PC desk setup. This unit is great and especially awesome for protecting your devices from unwanted electrical spikes or power outs. In a time when demand greatly exceeds demand this unit gives me confidence to stay active regardless of my grid or weather conditions. This unit is pretty large and will give you a little bit of head room to expand on. If you have a full on studio desk setup up I suggest two of these units but for casual desk and entertainment use it will than more suffice.

It lasts about 1-2 hours when the power goes out but everything that you have plugged into it stays on for that same amount of time. Lasting time depends on how many electronics you have plugged in.

This battery back-up offers a protection that is not common on the commercial product available at the electronic stores. The capacity and the Sine wave protection are a basic commodity to protect the electronic equipment in PR.

Great upgrade for battery backup. My old one was no longer working and needed to be replaced, I couldn't wait for the replacement battery so I upgraded.

My area has been having an usual number of power outages, so I decided to get this unit to safely shut down my NAS. It's a fantastic unit and provides steady power to everything I have attached. My NAS connects via USB, so it can tell when the UPS battery kicks in to perform a safe shutdown. I also bought another one to keep the network on for awhile during power outages. So far we've had two incidents and the unit performed fantastically in both. The color screen provides good information as to the state of the batteries and power line. Set up was simple. And the batteries are replaceable!

This does not cause my computer to shutdown when it transitions from battery to AC like my APC did. Pure Sine Wave is the only UPS I'll be buying going forward. Newer computer PSUs just don't react well to stepped sine wave UPS power. Runtime is great, plenty of outlets to run my computer and 3 screens. Will buy another for SWMBO's CPAP, I don't want to risk it reacting poorly to a cheaper UPS. I haven't really tested runtime, but I have no doubt that it will power my system plenty long enough to shutdown safely and then some.

Bought as a gift for a disability person needing runtime if a power outage..works great..

Due to recent power outage over several days, the need to protect valuable electronics from abrupt power cut-offs. There are multiple options with CyberPower back-up systems but preferred this system because of the number of surge protected connections (5). This is something that must be planned for in advance and kept in mind when researching systems. I also prefer the digital features of the system hardware and the downloadable CyberPower Panel. Functions as advertised and online video support is available for proper set-up.

Super easy to setup and display provides tons of information at the touch of a button. Haven’t had any outages yet but it’s nice to know my server will keep running if/when it does

Perfect for most PC setups. I have a 500W PC with two monitors. Lasts about 25 minutes. Plenty of time to shutdown everything properly. Plenty of outlets for most setups also. The front USB and USB C ports are perfect convenience for everyday charging.

It works great, providing clean electricity, and many devices are now able to use it.
