This was a replacement for one that went out and I wouldn't go with out one. It offers surge protect and keeps the computer on when there is a power outage so you can shut it down properly.

This UPS works very well. I did the calculations to make sure it was able to provide the back-up power that I needed for the items I planned to connect to it before making the purchase. Has already kept items plugged into it running during power disruptions. Highly recommend.

All battery backups are all about the same...provides power when the power goes off, giving you enough time to save what you're working on. This one does just as it's supposed to, but how long will it last. The warranty on these CyberPower battery backups is 3 years, but I had one die before the 3 years. CyberPower will replace it, but at my expense I have to mail it back to them for a replacement. These are heavy, and the cost of shipping it to them is almost like buying a new one.

The unit performs as advertised. It helps protect the equipment plugged into it from surges and kept everything running during some brief power outages that we had.

Got this unit to back up my modem and had a power outage a month later. Kept my modem up for the hour the power was out. Great value and protection for the price.

Had this product for two months now and it has saved my life couple of times now, during power outage due to thunderstorm. I have my router, modem, and NAS connected on this product. Bought it primarily for my NAS so it would not shutdown abruptly during power interruption. The last couple of power outages I was able to shutdown my NAS and my router and modem properly. I haven't used the software yet that came with it so I cant comment on that. On the other hand, it just works out of the box without any firmware upgrade at this time. Love it.

The battery backup was asy to install and setup. The size was noticeably smaller than the previous battery with the same amount of backup time.

Good thing I haven't had to see this product in action at home but I have one at work. It worked great during a power outage, gave me enough time to shut down my computer properly at my workplace so I know this product works.

After blowing out a series of mother boards in a house with old wiring, I can relax about brown outs and also know that I have plenty of time to shut down my operation when there is a power failure. A good investment.

I have an older PC with my music and videos on it. The CyberPower is perfect for me. I can set up my system to gracefully shut down in the event of a power failure, and not have to worry about losing any of my data.

Much better price than main competitor APC. Have installed few dozen for clients, none has failed or gone old so far, meanwhile APC stops working after a while. This one is high-capacity for a single PC.

Excellent product for the price. I replaced a previous model of the same device with this one. Highly reccomend it.

Provides great protection and battery back up. Very satisfied with this product!

I access my computer remotely, but if the power goes off briefly the computer shuts off and must be restarted at the computer. This unit solves that unless outage is for a long period.

Unit has more than sufficient space for necessary plug-ins. Compact enough for small spaces, very easy to use.

I purchased a new 4k TV and added a UPS instead of a surge protector. If the power goes out for a short period of time, it does not interrupt my viewing and I have time to shut down my system.

I had the cyber power back up previously and it lasted for several years until the battery went dead and it beeped constantly. I liked it well enough to buy another one.

I bought this back up battery mostly to protect my electronics. It has surge protection built in. I own 4 back up batteries to protect all TV's ect.... These also are great in case of power outage tv and computer stay on especially the cable box don't have to wait for it to take its time to boot back up. also good for computer don't loose anything your doing

Using this to protect a couple of NAS and a router. Kept everything on when power was in and out during a recent thunderstorm. And it's wall-mountable unlike the current APC units.

This battery backup is small enough to stay out of the way while providing necessary protection to my computer set up for the frequent power outages and surges in my area. It has enough battery power to allow sufficient time for me to close down current work. Important with home use, business from home use, and daughter who is in college. Very satisfied.
