So I am torn. I have never had an issue with CyberPower in the past, but this one didn't work out of the box. It could have been a defective unit. It could have been a returned unit that someone messed with, I just don't know. The price was fantastic for the open box, I would say that it was likely a one off type of experience. This won't be my last attempt with them as a company.

Very good Battery backup and surge protector for the money.

My old APC 650 died and rather than trouble shoot (not a dead battery), I decided to replace it with somthing basic. The 650 was really more than I needed. The sale price caught my eye and I pop for it. Basic PowerPanel software is sufficient for my needs.

This battery backup was purchased to replace an earlier one. I decided to add my printer and quickly learned it was not powerful enough to handle the laser printer. It SQUEALED until I unplugged it. I disconnected the printer. There should be an easier way to stop the ear shattering sqealing noise when it's overloaded. However, it works for lights, computers, and less powerful items.

I use this to filter power and keep my machine running when the power blinks in our office which is quite often.

It seems to work well. I needed something to protect my computer against sudden power outages and I think this is it.

Bought two of them on sale. One ended up not working went right back store and exchanged and worked. Would recommend

Works as expected. I would like to be able to turn off the speaker. Have four CyberPower UPS's one had a the battery die just before the 2 year warranty ran out. They replaced it with a new unit. I like having the additional surge protected outlets.

Good quality for low price. Has kept my system going through a lot of power surges in the last two weeks.

We used this to keep our phone alive when we switched from traditional phone to cable phone for home phone.

I have used these for quite some time and I find that they perform well with brown outs or black outs. They provide sufficient time to shut the system down if needed. However, when they stop working, It seems to be pretty sudden. Having said that, this brand seems to function better than others I have tried in the past.

The order rep was helpful in helpng me to decide which battery backup to get. The price was reasonable. The battery backup helps my stress level during a storm. The battery backup will allow me to get in and out of my electric recliner at all times

I love this ups as a backup to my home office. I don't have to worry about my equipment going down if the power flickers or briefly goes out due to a storm. It kicks on automatically and let's you know it is supplying you along with amount of battery left. The block is half battery and full surge. Easy set up.

Works like it has intended so far. Uses it for backing up are back up for are security cameras.

I read in a trade magazine that a battery backup surge protector was a must have item for small business office setting. I bought two new HP computers and It made sense to me to protect our documents and work if a power outage were to occur.

I purchased this for a customer to replace an existing backup that was buzzing. This works great!

I use this for my saltwater fish tank. It's great to keep the filter running in a power outage!

not sure how long battery will last but it suits the application for protecting my equip

We bought several of these top support our critical machines. Shutdown software is a plus.
