Had issues straight out of the box. Once, I got it set up, I would get blue screens and sudden crashes when trying to play a game. Returned after about 1 week. The specs were good, but as with most Pre-builds, you run the risk of them skimping on important parts such as the PSU, which I believe was the problem here. I ended up buying an IBuyPower PC pre-built with similar specs and have had much better luck.

Almost everything works well. All wireless systems (wi-fi/Bluetooth) don't work at all. Not sure if faulty, but for the price that shouldn't be something that I should have to worry about.

When I first got it, it worked with three monitors great - using eyefinity even and it was awesome. Suddenly, today, Windows can't detect my third monitor for like no reason. I check the cords and monitors. It's the second display port that's not working. It works at startup (boot screen shows and I can get into the BIOS) - if I have only that one plugged in, but once Windows boots, it suddenly doesn't work.

Ordered this item online on 11/22/21. It was delivered in 5 days. It would not boot up. Took it to Geek Squad who acknowledge unit didn't function so was told to exchange it for another unit. Second unit was delivered in 5 days on Jan 5th. It would not boot up. Returned it to Best Buy customer service and requested a refund. Also suggested Best Buy check if manufacturer is producing faulty units!!

This is my 4th pre-built pc from cyberpower & tbh if i could get a full refund, i would in a heartbeat. All the ones i have purchased ended up coming with a faulty graphics card. I really wanted to like it but the games are unplayable with the stutters that this card comes with. Taking it back AGAIN.. lets see if i can get lucky on my 5th one.

The gpu won't get any power not only that but it was damaged and scraped on the corner. The side door is damaged from the screws and bent. Whoever put this together in the Torrance location you are bad at your job. And you just cost me over $2,000.

Had the computer less than 24 hours, heard a loud pop and my entire basement now smells like smoke. Computers should last longer than a day. Best Buy was quick on the return is the only positive I can say.

Bought this pc for gaming picked it up Xmas evening brought it home live about 15 minutes from best buy my son set it up and it would not power on he said it had to be the power supply did not want to return it and wait who knows how long to get another one took a chance and Bought another power supply at best buy for 129 corsair 850w gold modular put it in has been plugged and play since it is as advertised fast and easy to set up i took the chance buying a pre-built it was worth the chance for me would definitely recommend this product 4 stars would have been 5 if not for the abieva power supply they put in it

I received this computer as a Christmas present. While it's sold as a gaming machine, I use it for image editing: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. It's such a pleasure upgrading to a machine that can handle large numbers of raw image files without breaking a sweat. This is the first pre-built computer I've ever had that didn't immediately need at least one hardware upgrade. Whether editing hundreds of photos or watching a Blu-ray movie, this PC is a winner.
