This is the fifth of this laptop that I've purchased for my office staff in the past couple of year and will continue to buy them as needed for as long as possible. For not knowing much about computers, they're very easy to set up and super user friendly. For our basic office needs these are perfect and affordable. It even works great when I'm working on the road. Lol.

I shopped around for several weeks to replace a Dell laptop I loved and was perfect and going strong. But Windows 11 couldn't be updated to my WONDERFUL TOUCH SCREEN DELL. I wasn't going to spend a fortune for a laptop that is used for shopping and news. If it was in my price range, it didn't have touch screen unless it was an 11-inch screen. I needed at least 15. I saw this the day it showed up online. It was a Dell! A tad over my price limit that I wanted to stay in, but it was a Dell, and I knew it would be worth it. I texted my husband and told him we were going to Best Buy when he got home from work. We did and I looked at it and LOVED it. I still LOVE it. I also had the nicest young man help me with my purchase.

Value for money! Definitely a great deal. I have always been a fan of Dell and how sturdy it is. It also doesn't heat up fast.

I bought this computer to replace my 7 year old HP computer. It only had 112G of storage. This Dell is great. Non-glare screen, Windows 11, clear graphics & 512 GB of storage. I was happy to be able to download the drive from HP so I wouldn't have to replace my 15 year old HP printer.

Pretty good Windows laptop if you are on budget. Dell is reliable which is why I went with this laptop compared to others with similar configuration. So far the windows experience is seamless. Time will tell how the laptop performs once more programs are loaded.

Love it. Bought it to use with my laser engraver and works great. I LOVE that its touch screen and i can search for anything I cant find.

Great laptop for the price! I didnt need it for anything big, but it's fast. I check email, type documents, etc. I am very pleased with my purchase!
