Immediately after receiving the delivery notification, I contacted Best Buy Customer Care. The representative acknowledged it was a backend error and assured me that I would receive a refund. When I asked about the item being delivered to the wrong address, I was told FedEx would handle it, so I did not take any further steps at that time.
Now, after more than a week, I’ve been informed that my refund request has been denied. This feels unfair and inconsistent, as I acted promptly based on your team’s instructions and had no control over the incorrect delivery caused by an internal error.

Will never purchase a Dell again, and a terrible experience from both companies. The computer completely malfunctioned after about five weeks. There was no menu bar accessible anymore. Called Dell, and they did nothing. Went into Best Buy, and they suggested we buy a geek squad membership and just reform out the whole thing. The Best Buy geek squad rep also said that this computer is basically built with cheap parts and it’s kind of expected to break down like this. Brutal.

Very disappointing product. After installation, must restart every time to be able to login. Got little help when I called for assistance. Will likely return since i will not pay for a fix since i have had the computer only 3 weeks.

I purchased this laptop as a Deal of the Day. It was advertised as a new product however I received a open box product. I tried it anyway and found the keyboard very awkward because of the number pad, so I returned it.

The Wifi doesn't work. It seems to, but it cuts out several times a minute. I had to re-type this review because internet dropped while I was submitting.
Every other device in the house continues to work; it's just this one. So it's not the wifi itself; it's the computer.

I bought this to do the basics with a laptop, browse the internet and chat app. That's all. I can't, the laptop freezes and shutdown everytime, I barely use it. Too late to return but don't make the same mistake I did. I even tried to simplify the layout to make windows run lighter on the memory, didn't work. Stay away from this unit. It will get you frustrated.

I bought this as a like new open box item. After doing all the updates I realized the drive was set up as 2 drives, one was locked, and both were bit locker encrypted. I took it back and they couldn't give me a replacement. Many hours wasted.

The computer is great, the salesman however, told me if I got a Best Buy card I would get a $100 coupon that I could use to make a payment. That was wrong!!!! He was either a liar or stupid. I did not want a Best Buy card but he roped me in with a lie.
