This Dell 2 in 1 is a world of difference from The 12 year old Dell Inspirion I had, thanks Dell!

This wasn't my first choice. I initially was looking for a smaller screen size with lower specs however, an employee recommended this laptop due to all the great specs at such a low price. I was blown away with the spec sheet but the screen size was my only gripe. After about a week of use, I love it! Nice and fast, the size doesn't bother me anymore. Its not meant for hardcore gaming as the video/graphics card cant take that type of load however for casual gaming, HD streaming and your basic laptop needs, it has plenty of pep to keep up. Battery life is OK, as the bigger screen and HHD most likely use most of the battery. Overall, great 2in1 laptop and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

This laptop is wonderful. I orginally had a budget laptop and needed an upgrade for school. Its sleek and somewhat ligghtweight body makes it easy to be moved around. Dell made this laptop ready for windows 10. Its 2 in 1 feature with windows 10 makes a perfext combo for this laptop/tablet. Its speed is reliable with opening and closing or mulitasking. 1 TB allows me to install programming software for class with out putting a dent on the storage. Ease of use is outstanding. The one and only problem i have with this laptop is fingerprints. Itll leave fingerprints everywhere to be noticed except on the keyboard. Overall it is a laptop/tablet that is everything i needed to be.

The speed and graphix are great, the back light on the keyboard is a real plus. Went from HP to dell, much lighter weight, and I don't even miss the numeric key pad. I'll most likely always use "Dell".

It is fast, it is light. I just doesn't have a disc drive. I have an external drive but it is not compatible with Windows 10

I bought this with Windows 8.1 installed and then upgraded to Windows 10. This PC has the best hardware but still slower than a Apple Macbook when browsing web. I ran download speed test on this PC and Macbook air and Macbook air was faster than this PC, even when macbook air had less memory and had an I5 compared to I7 on this machine. The PC is bit bulky due to HDD. Good thing is that it could be used as a tablet. Battery life is OK. Windows 10 is far better than 8.1

I have been looking at laptops for a little while waiting for the right deal to come along. I wasn't desperate as I still had a laptop I was using. I have purchased Dell laptops for about 15 years! I saw this deal in a Best Buy ad and thought about it for a couple days. THEN I ordered it, This laptop is great - LOVE the touchscreen, the fact that I can use it as a big tablet, and I really like the backlit keyboard. I couldn't be more pleased with this product. Definitely recommend and give it five stars!

I am retiring my existing Dell XPS 15z and was looking for a lightweight and powerful replacement. The Inspiron 7558 is everything I was wanting and more. I have upgraded the 1 TB drive to a Samsung 2 TB SSD and this machine is smoking fast! Battery life is running around 6 hours, so more than pleased. The quality of construction of this 2-in-1 may be the best available. The hinges are some of the most robust I have ever seen on ANY laptop device. If you are looking for a 2-in-1, be sure to take a look at the Dell Inspiron 7558!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this laptop. Dell has done a good job with their machine. Easily able to upgrade to windows 10. Back lit keyboard with multiple settings, volume and power keys in an ideal place. Relatively fast with abundant memory. No freezing or bleeding noted form the screen. The picture is strikingly clear and crisp. I wish the volume was louder but it is more than adequate. Holds an average charge for 6-8 hours. The touch screen is responsive and the 2 in 1 feature in fantastic, recommended.

I was torn whether to go with the i5 or the i7 and I'm glad I went with the i7! It's super fast! This laptop replaced a Sony Vaio that I loved just as much, but was just too slow for my liking. Love the HD display and it's the perfect size. Not too heavy either which is a plus. Watched the website for two weeks for it to go on sale and it finally did! :)

Replaced my three year old version of same machine - can't believe the jumps in quality and speeds from my previous unit.

I like that this laptop seems well-constructed and sturdier than my last laptop. I like the backlit keyboard and the versatility of having a touchscreen. Easy to set up and get started!

Takes a little time to get adjusted to Windows 8. Some features aren't user friendly. I hate that there's no separate number pad or cd drive. Touch screen is convenient though.

A laptop for those who have learned how to get the most out of your computer and aren't afraid to use those skills. A great processor, plenty of memory and the complimentary security download is a nice perk! Inside and out, this is a grade A product. There is only one problem, and I hope that this issue has been fixed since my purchase. If you are specifically looking for a silver laptop, the description (as written by Best Buy) is wrong! This particular model does not come in silver, it is Foggy Night. After some confusion, a store visit, and several conversations with the staff I was assured that I would not have any problems keeping an item that did not match the description on my bill, and I was told that the description on the Best Buy website would be amended to show the proper coloring. A small hiccup in what was, otherwise, a great purchase.

Great features and love how fast the computer is, and the amount of memory it has. Don't forget to buy an external DVD writer!
