I received shipped notifications and updates. Day of expected delivery nothing, I waited another day nothing. Research revealed my order was cancelled prior to supposed ship out day, no explanation. I was angry. Now I go to Best Buy, I order the all in one and by the very next day it is in my door step. No hassle and we are getting used to it, our old computer was really outdated. I’m happy with this choice.

It’s an all in one package, the first time that I buy one of these but it was for my father (83) and may be easier for him to use. On the upside, it doesn’t take up a lot of room so he likes that and he’s adjusted to it well. Good stats on the PC, nice RAM, decent performance.

Solid Product, Loads Content Rather Slow

Display is clear and adjusted font to allow viewing from 8+ feet away. My complaint is that it loads live TV content quite slowly - nothing else on my home network (xfinity xFi) runs this slow.

Dell Inspiron 3475

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dell stated that the reason it is slow is that it is a software problem and you have to have hardware and software warranty. I bought mine Oct 2 2019 and today is Oct 25 2019 and I should not be experiencing processing issues. It loads windows it’s not supposed to and freezes at time for moments and can be loud. Best Buy policy is 15 day return so you are stuck with it and need to have software from Dell. I would want something this new to operate efficiently but that’s not the case. When it is running normally it can be a nice computer. They need to rectify that software issue prior to putting it on market.

I am so happy that I found this computer at Best Buy for a great price. I have so much more room on my desk for work space. It is also so nice to only have one cord to plug into the wall, as I am using the wireless printer I have which is plugged in across the room from my computer. All I can so is that it is fabulous and I highly recommend getting one if you haven't already!

I took pc to my work so IT team could do what was needed for me to work from home. They informed me my keyboard did not work they even put me batteries my mouse worked after batteries were replaced. I went to Best Buy by my house to try and replace my wireless keyboard/ mouse. The return lady was rude told me I was out of luck they didn't have that computer to trade out keyboards and I couldn't get one off the shelf. She said I could exchange computer and pay difference then told me they were closing already and it would be pickup only. I left went Wal-Mart and got my combo keyboard mouse. I know now not to buy open or refurbished from Best Buy.

This is my first "Dell" computer but it wont be my last. No complaints.
