We are very happy with our new computer. The screen is very bright and easy to see. It is very responsive and works fast and easy. We also love the wireless keyboard and mouse.

works great and some much faster than my 12y/o HP thanks to the Geek Squad guy who completed the data transfer. almost everything came across.

It's an okay computer. The keyboard and mouse look and feel cheap, the sound is okay, the camera is okay, and it's definitely adequate for a home office. Setup was easy and it does what it should. I would recommend it to someone who wants a computer for browsing the internet, watching some videos, using social media, word processing, and such. I would definitely not recommend this for gamers or people who need to use resource intensive software.

To be fair, this is my second Dell Inspiron 24. The first started giving me hardware failure messages after a week and a half. Best Buy graciously swapped it out for a new one. And this second one is a dream. I love the big touch screen and full size keyboard. It's super fast, and so far it's been perfect for me.

We are extremely happy with this computer. It's fast & easy to use. Looks great too. The Geek Squad was terrific doing the set up for us. Well worth the price.

Very fast and the touchscreen works great. 8 GB memory and 512GB SSD are sufficient for home use.

My 10 year old Dell Inspiron just died. I went shopping with my Son and he helped me select the new computer. I love this computer. I am 77 years old and I am not a technology expert. The learning curve on this computer was fantastic. With the google search I have had great success in operating this computer. I have really surprised myself.

It is a great choice for someone looking for a new PC for the first time or just as a “step up” from their current one. And, it is priced just right!

Although I was sure I wanted a desktop with tower - my Geek squad guy convinced me all in one was the way to go. I really do like it. Now I don't need the separate camera, speaker and tower. The only disadvantage is that there are not enough USB ports. I forgot it was a touch screen!

Great purchase. Fast enough for email, internet search, Microsoft 365. Touch screen is sensitive and compatible with my printer. Would buy again.
