A very fair deal-this computer is a balance of speed/memory/ease-of-use and price point- a good product

Looked around briefly before settling on this model. Very solid build quality, nice sharp and bright FHD screen and slim svelte profile. Sealed in battery was a bit of a concern but battery life should be fine for the most part. Windows 10 is very nice so far, easier and more intuitive than 8.1, no big deal there. Would have preferred an SSD as default, but overall system responsiveness is still snappy enough.

I bought this laptop for my wife to go back to school. She wanted a 2-in-1 and this one met all of the initial requirements. I planned on upgrading the RAM and the hard drive and found out that this model from Dell only has one slot for RAM so 8 Gigs of RAM is all that this machine will hold. The hard drive was easy to upgrade to a SSD. Overall, we are happy with this laptop and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget friendly 2-in-1.

Graphics are amazing and love the touch screen. Perfect size. Was a little sceptical about spending a little more than I had on my previous laptop but after I brought it home and started using it I'm so glad I did. Great purchase.

I purchased the Dell after the Geek Squad could not fix the sound on my HP laptop. The Geek Squad recommended certain features to look for and certain name brand laptops (Dell was on that short list). It's fast, has great memory, and the sound is magnificent! My only issues are that I haven't yet figured out how to "page up" and "page down" but I also haven't read my manual yet. I thought it would be as easy as just hitting "page up" or "page down" but that is not the case. I even hit those buttons in conjunction with the alt key, the control key, and the shift key, but it still doesn't perform the duty. I'll break down and read the manual (LOL). Also, I noticed that sometimes when the screen goes black from being idle too long, touching the mouse doesn't renew the screen all of the time. Not sure why that is. I end up turning it on & off again to regain an active screen. Again, it might be an easy solution by just reading the manual. All in all, I'm happy with my laptop!

Fast, reliable, all I needed for school. Touch screen is handy, keyboard light under the fingers, Windows 10 will take some getting use to....preferred Windows 8 more. Battery charge lasts for about 5 hours on this new laptop.

This is a good product. but problem is wifi. some time wifi its not working so i have to restart.. also best buy team or customer care service is to bad. they took 20 days for my laptop ...to deliver..

I was not initially satisfied with my Dell laptop since it was not working properly. After spending 2 hours on the phone with different geek squad members, I finally was able to get my laptop working to my satisfaction. I believe that I should not have had to go through this ordeal, but since the product is working quite well now, I will rate the item 4 stars.

I partially selected this laptop for the screen size and weight and it hasn't disappointed. The laptop is very portable and holds a charge for a very long time.

I replaced my former Dell lap top which, I had for 6 years and was happy with it. This new one is so much lighter and faster and has options available that my old one did not have. So far it's pretty great. This is my forth Dell lap top. I guess you would say I am loyal to the brand.

Love the computer for the most part. I am still getting use to not having the separate number key pad as it was handy. The experience is still gelling on Windows 10. Some things I like much better than 8.1 and some I am still getting use to. While I thought the "charms" was a dumb idea I had gotten use to them and still try to load them when it is time to shut down. The key board being lighted is GREAT and the feel of the keys id right on the mark. I would buy it again, and have recommended it to a friend.

I love this laptop so much. The fact that it's a 2-in-1 tablet is the coolest thing to me. The touch screen feature is also one of the best things about it. It's super fast and I got it for a good deal as an open box item. Thanks Best Buy! You're awesome.

Very happy with this laptop. Charges fast and has good battery life. Turns on fast. Good screen and keyboard.

Computer has everything anyone could want...I like the way it displays all my downloads and programs. It a great computer at a very affordable price.. It has the speed you need and has a nice size screen.

I would recommend this computer for the average user. Easy to use with nice touch screen and back lit keyboard. It does lose the wireless connection on occasion, and it's a little glitchy in tablet mode occasionally as well. Speed is decent and Windows 10 is already installed so no download to deal with.

I am very satisfied with my laptop. It is nice because I have a laptop to write my papers on for class but can switch it to a tablet to play games and relax when I have down time. I highly recommend this to anyone. The only issue I had was that when Microsoft came out with a new update my network driver didn't work correctly and didn't recognize my schools wifi. I switched back to the original driver and it's been working fine. I think it was more of a software issue then a hardware issue. Other than that the battery life is fantastic, the screen is big but the laptop is very light. I was even looking at Macs and I am very happy I went with this instead.

I bought this for my wife, who doesn't want to jump through any hoops or deal with anything technical when using her computer. So far, she has been able to use it without my intervention (good for me, since I hate doing tech support). She enjoys the large screen and audio quality is sufficient for regular use. Sleek design and backlit keyboard are also nice features.

For an open box half off, it was only $100 over my budget and it is FANTASTIC. Great graphics, runs smoothly, and touchscreen.

Love the 2 in 1 feature laptop / tablet. Computer is fast with the I5 processor. Meets all my needs. Excellent graphics and great color. Works well.

This computer has a great touche screen, and runs great with windows 10 and has fast internet. Love this computer.
