After a brief power loss my husband's monitor, even with a power protection device, was dead. My husband needed a new monitor and we found a 27" available at Best Buys. I called to make sure this monitor was in stock and it was. The salesman I talked to took care of an immediate purchase and made a unhappy husband happy again when the monitor was ready for pickup when my husband walked into the store.

The refresh rate and graphic quality of this Dell monitor is stellar. If you are a critic of graphics, you will love this monitor. I really have no con's to discuss. The unboxing was easy, the instillation was super easy. I would recommend this monitor to anyone.

Not much to say here other than it's a really good display for a budget gamer. It has nice brightness and response time. I was unable to enable G-Sync on it using my laptop, but it does claim to support FreeSync. It offers HDMI, DisplayPort, and a microphone out port. The built-in templates for FPS and whatnot were not as good as the standard setting. Overall they just ruined the color palette. So you're best to just leave it at standard. I noticed no apparent tearing while playing on it at 144hz. Worth a look if you just need a basic curved gaming display.

The last monitor I had was 60hz so this was a big improvement. The display quality is really nice and having a bigger monitor is exellent.

It is a big monitor but it is surprisingly light. The stand is very stable and is easily adjustable too in height however, I have my own mounting bracket for my gaming desk so I am not using the stand. But since the monitor is light and has a universal vesa mounting at the back, it is easy to attach it to my current set up. This is my first curved monitor so I was a bit skeptical about visibility. The curved monitor gives my view, some good protection from my window light. That’s a good plus. So far, my experience on this monitor has been great. It is not 4K but the quality is still good being full HD. There are no problems on heavy graphic transitions, especially on cut scenes. This is mainly what I look at because I hate to see chunky lags when I play. And panning views on landscape scenes are very clear with no fuzz on the objects like mountains or trees as the focus moves. So it’s good addition to my gaming set up. I enjoy playing on it. If you’re a stickler for video rendering, this should be a good companion alongside your video card.

Bought this on sale and have absolutely no regrets. This is a great monitor even at retail price. Pro tip - FPS settings need to be changed on the individual games if you are gaming on a console. Took me a while to figure that out.

I have received this monitor from Dell for the purpose of this review. Packaging is a bit deceiving. This box is actually larger than the monitor to accommodate the support tower for the monitor. Well packaged otherwise. This has to be one of the easiest boxes for any tech I have received or purchase to open. Everything that you need to get setup with HDMI or Display port is included in the box. Which is a nice bonus. The first great feature that I noticed with this is the toolless design during set up. The adjustable height stand clips into the back of the monitor and the base screws into the bottom with a simple screw with a flip out handle to tighten it. If you want to set it up on an articulating arm that is possible as well as it also has VESA mounting holes on the back with screws to use on any monitor arm or wall mount that supports the 100mm x 100mm size mount. This is how I chose to set mine up as I use two monitor. Connection ports are fairly basic as it has 2 HDMI ports and one Display port connection. There is also a headphone jack and the power jack. This takes a standard power cable straight to the monitor, there is no external power brick which helps keep clutter to a minimum. Although I would have like to see a USB hub built-in. With Display port you will realize the full 144Hz refresh rate, while using HDMI it will be limited to 120Hz. The display is a standard 1920 x 1080 full HD display using a VA panel that is antiglare. It is a mat finish. The bezel is very slim and allows for more screen to be shown. Wasn't sure that I would like a curved monitor until I started playing a game with this one. I could easily see having 3 of these for a fully immersive experience. It works seamlessly with G-sync, even though it is a Free sync monitor it is compatible with Nvidia graphics card and G-sync. Brightness is pretty bright right out of the box and I needed to adjust it to my liking. Using a color calibration device found that it covers 96% of the sRGB spectrum which is perfectly fine for games and watching movies and shows. As far as color-critical work like editing photos, this is not the monitor for that. Price for performance it is well worth the price tag and you can easily grab 3 for the price of others. Even though it is lacking in some features including USB ports, this is a good monitor for 1080p gaming and watching movies or other content. I would recommend this if you want a gaming monitor and have a tight budget.

i got this when it was on sale and it has been worth it. Easy to set up and beautiful bright monitor. Thinking of getting a second one when it goes back on sale.

Side by side curved monitors make working at home so much easier.

This is my first PC and after playing on it for a few hours ive been nothing but pleased, the set up was very easy and the packaging it came in was very nice and secured. Very happy with this pc

I bought this for my grandson he's a gamer and he loves it he says the graphics are great color is sharp no lagging all in all a very good monitor.

I can't say that this is a Gaming Monitor or Only For Gaming! It is really good for also everyday use monitor. It has 2 HMDI commenctors (That's what I care most) and the audio connectivity through HDMI (supported by my computer). The monitor has a nice curve making it bigger without taking too much space. I was admiring everything about it until I was disappointed by the height of the monitor until I figured out that the height is adjustable! Now I love it!!! Just the perfect monitor for every day use. It is not that heavy by the way! Power supply is inside. No external adapters. It did come with an HDMI cable (good enough). Resolution is more than ok! Refresh rate is good (for my eyes)... Looks nice on the desk as well. I recommend getting it for daily use. The curved monitor makes it feel wider than 27.

Great purchase! Bought this for my 12 year old son and he loves it! Great size for his gaming table.

This is a really slick monitor if you don't need 4K. The curved design brings you into the action a bit more than a flat monitor and the response time is lightning quick. This will up your game to some degree due to the response time being so quick if you have even had a 10ms monitor. Colors are vibrant, no motion blur and the stand allows for a varying degree of angles/height. Nothing bad to say on this one.

i got it on a great sale and it checked all the boxes i needed. i wouldn’t pay retail price for it though.

For the specific purpose it's built for (gaming) it's an amazing monitor. The curvature combined with it being 27" gives you a great breadth of view. Everything is buttery smooth, pleasantly fast, and you can tell that this monitor was created for a purpose and it lives up to its design. Now the drawbacks are: VA panel, just not as crisp as an IPS but it keeps the cost down. 27" and 1080p resolution means you feel a little stretched, I prefer 1440p for anything 27" and up but it's not to the point you question your life's decisions. Plus with the 1080p and back to the gaming purpose, you are better able to push higher fps which is a plus. Finally it would have been great to have some height adjustability. This sits fairly low on my desk. Overall though this is a great gaming monitor, aesthetics are well designed with a small bezel and no crazy over-the-top lighting, and the monitor itself is responsive and does its job well.

My son loved it and enjoyed it very much. Its for him to game on.
