Bought this product on sale for ~$350 (+$25 tax) after doing my research. My first thought was "wait, Dell does premium gaming monitors?" but it turns out that they do, and do it well. This model is a 32" curved VA panel, good for gaming because of the fast response time while also not suffering from lack of brightness (a usual VA issue); has 1440p QHD resolution, aka 2k, while supporting AMD Freesync (and, un-officially, NVIDA G-SYNC) for enhanced performance and tear-free, high refresh rate gaming when used with a supported GPU (think Radeon rx 550, 60, 70, 80 series or rx 5500, 5600, 5700 etc.); speaking of high refresh rates, the monitor outputs 165Hz via DisplayPort and 144Hz via HDMI, my monitor sits at a perfect 164Hz with my RX 5600XT GPU; and yes, it does display HDR, but it is a VA panel and not $2k so it's on par with DisplayHDR 400, which is fine for what most PC users and gamers will be doing anyway, though not objectively great. Oh and it's big, like really big, but in a good way: if like me you're moving up from a 27" you'll be surprised at what that extra 5" adds. The color gamut is what really sold me though... Instead of the usual 16 million colors, this monitor displays 1.01 billion colors with its 10-bit panel and they look great in the HDR mode. Games, movies, even just the windows desktop looks great on the gently curved screen, and at this price point it competes with and even surpasses monitors costing several hundred dollars more. Tom's Hardware has a review of this monitor that helped me make my decision and I urge you to check it out, too. But if bang for your buck matters, but you don't want to compromise on a premium experience this is probably the monitor you need.

I've ordered this item twice. This is my first monitor I bought it open box the first time and it had a dead pixel I thought that's what you get when you buy an open box. I returned it and paid to have them ship a brand new one to my store I got it home and it had bright spots all over the screen when it should all just be black. I have made the decision that dell does not make these monitors well, or they hate me, either way, I'm getting something else. Great if you want a cheap monitor.

The Good: Very beautiful monitor for gaming and television. Colors look great. Colors are generally a more warm tone, but can be customized a little bit with preset color types. Black/dark colors are very deep, white/light colors are very bright and warm. The monitor overall is built very well and has held up against 3 years of use 8-12 hours per day for my work. Nice vertical pivot! can be rotated to your viewing angle (within reason) if you are sitting slightly higher or lower in reference to the monitor. Not Good: Due to the overall warm tones of the monitor, photo/video editing on this monitor can be a bit of a nuisance, as colors don't quite match how they appear on TVs, cell phones, etc. This monitor is HEAVY! 35 pounds is very heavy, especially considering monitors with similar specs seem to weigh around 12 pounds on average. Expect to need beefier monitor arms or wall supports if you plant to use anything other than the "stock" base. 30 degrees of rotation is not great, you pretty much have to just use the monitor exactly where you have the base setup, which is a very awkward half circle shape and can be wonky making it fit properly on a desk, especially if it is located on a desk in the corner of your room. Also on the note of viewing angle, looking at it from any angle other than almost dead-center will cause a fuzzy black or white appearance depending on lighting, etc. Not great, but could be helpful if you're in an area that requires a privacy screen (lol). Overall, solid monitor, albeit extremely heavy for a gaming monitor.

The product is great but it came with part of the bottom of the monitor coming off. It’s only slightly coming off and we didn’t want to deal with having to exchange it so we just kept it but for how much we paid, we would’ve liked it to be damage free.

In the brief period that this display was working, it was great. Mine stopped working two weeks after the return window closed. Dell shipped a refurbished replacement shipped in a tattered box (you could see the bare monitor through the handles). Once opened there were fingerprints and smudges all over the replacement monitor (during Covid). Best Buy refused to replace it and Dell sent a mess -- also refusing to send a new unit.

This monitor may have great specs, but I have no idea how it will perform because it came damaged. I bought this open box for $427. I had to return it the day it arrived. I decided to replace it with the LG Ultragear 32" which has a better response time anyway.

Beautiful monitor on purchase, but only a couple weeks later and there is a large band of stuck pixels that run vertically on the right side. Tried a few solutions but unfortunately it seems unfixable and apparently outside of the return period. Can't help but feel burned.
