I needed a laptop/workstation for work and school and this had everything I needed. The only complaint I have would be that it just does not Have enough USB ports and an ethernet port But That does make It looks sleek. It has a great processor, an awesome graphics card and a terabyte of Storage and 32 GB of ram within OLED 4K touchscreen. It also has a bunch of security features which helps me with my field being in cybersecurity and IT in general. The one gripe I would have is that it does not have a 10 key, but it keeps the size down and I’m getting used to it.

Awful. Got this on sale for $2500 brand new, It immediately was giving a random variety of blue screen errors 15 minutes out of the box. Sent it to dell they told me “nothings wrong” and that they reinstalled the OS, yet immediately after powering it on the blue screen errors and freezes continued. I got on the phone will dell tech support and they told me the same thing over and over. “Update your drivers” and the usual easy fixes which obviously didn’t fix it. I also reinstalled windows from a USB stick myself which still didn’t fix it. Then brought it to geek squad asking for a refund and they said they had to ship it to Best Buy service center and they also told me “nothing is wrong” (they clearly didn’t even turn it on). Finally got best buy to let me exchange for a different brand as I had screenshots of the blue screen errors right after receiving it back from their service center. I got the new MBP M4 and it was the best decision ever and haven’t had a single issue with it, XPS used to be my favorite laptop model but I will never buy again until the dell QC issues are fixed. Buyer beware, the QC nightmares you see online with this model are accurate.

Best Buy? More Like Worst Experience!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had one of the worst shopping experiences with Best Buy. I was told my laptop would be ready for pickup within an hour, so I drove over an hour and a half to get there. When I arrived, they couldn’t even locate the product. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on, and despite waiting for assistance, no manager showed up to help resolve the issue. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. I wasted time, gas, and energy for nothing. To make matters worse, there was zero accountability or effort to make things right. I expected much better from a retailer like Best Buy, but they completely dropped the ball. I will think twice before ever shopping here again.

I recently got my hands on the Dell XPS 16, and it’s an absolute beast of a laptop. The 16.3" OLED UHD+ touch display is breathtaking, with vibrant colors and crisp details—perfect for creative work or entertainment. Powered by the Intel Evo Edition Core Ultra 9 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, it handles demanding tasks like video editing and gaming without breaking a sweat. The 32GB of memory ensures smooth multitasking, and the 1TB SSD offers ample storage and fast load times. The build quality is premium, and the sleek platinum design makes it a standout. The touch functionality adds an extra layer of convenience, especially for creative workflows. What could be improved: The battery life is decent but could be better, especially when running intensive applications. Overall, this laptop is worth every penny for its performance, display, and premium feel. Highly recommended for professionals and creators!

This is by far the best Dell Machine I have used. It is super fast, with 4k display. The high RAM configuration with core ultra 9 makes it a supermachine. The battery life is too good with over 25 hours of browsing and streaming. Even compiling and running codes on eclipse is like a piece of cake. All in all a super machine from Dell. And not to forget the premiun keyboard and a fantastic finish giving you a luxury feel. Recommended 100%

I completed all of my updates and WOW! First, the display is jaw dropping! Second, the build quality, right there with Razer, solid! Third, the performance and battery, such an upgrade from the XPS 15. However, i am not a fan of the capacitive function row but dont use it that much for it to be a deal breaker! Lastly, the price, i would never pay $3k for it but did get it on sale for $2500 which is still a tough pill to swallow.

I bought this after a failed attempt with the Asus ProArt P16 and I cannot recommend this laptop enough. Simply stated, it works. I haven't had a single hiccup, the screen is beautiful, it runs a large pen tablet magnificently, and although I have installed a server environment and thrown the complete Adobe suite at this thing, I still barely touch its capabilities. I don't game - I use my computers as creator rigs - and this is perfect for design, video editing, illustration or audio engineering on the go. Battery life could be a bit better but again, this machine just works. I know intel chips have been getting a bad rap lately, but after my experience with AMD chips on the proart - I'll go with intel any day of the week. - This chip is fast! And I really appreciate the reliability of the EVO platform this laptop implements.

    Runs Linux like a pro!

I bought this laptop as my new daily driver. I work with and in Linux, so compatibility was a must. Normally, I stick with the Dell XPS line or almost any Lenovo laptop, as they mostly work with Linux out of the box. This laptop met that requirement and then some. Running Fedora 41, all the keyboard shortcuts and hotkeys worked out of the box, as did sound, graphics, and Wi-Fi. As always, the display on the XPS laptop line is amazing: crystal clear, good color saturation, quick response, etc. Plus, this little laptop can game! I'm not a heavy gamer, but a little Dota2 never hurts, and this laptop chews through that without breaking a sweat. Last is the battery life. On Fedora 41 KDE with Emacs, Slack, Firefox with roughly 20 to 30 tabs, and Zoom for meetings, I average a little over 9 hours before needing to plug in. That is amazing for an x86_64 laptop with this much power and sporting a dedicated GPU. Great job Dell and Intel, this laptop is a keeper!

IMO this is the premier Windows laptop for any kind of performance work. I use it as my travel computer for my recording studio. I run Pro Tools and a whole host of heavy-lifting plugins, and this thing doesn't break a sweat. The OLED screen looks incredible, the little features all sum up to an incredible computing experience. Highly recommend as an alternative to the Macbook Pro series.

recently purchased a Dell laptop with an Intel Core i9 processor from Best Buy, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. As someone who frequently runs demanding programs, the speed and efficiency of this laptop are outstanding. Performance The Intel Core i9 processor is a powerhouse, effortlessly handling multiple applications simultaneously without any lag. Whether I am editing videos, running complex simulations, or simply multitasking with numerous tabs open, the laptop performs flawlessly. The fast processing speed significantly enhances my productivity and allows me to complete tasks more efficiently. Display One of the standout features of this laptop is the screen clarity. Replacing a 12+ year old Dell XPS. Fast again!

This laptop is replacing a 12+ year old Dell XPS machine. This new laptop is so much lighter, thinner and with the solid state drive versus the old type of hard drive is much faster. Editing picture files is much faster too. I am having to get used to a touch screen versus the old not touch screen. This feature, while not necessary, is a nice to have option. In closing, I would say this machine I hope lasts as long as the previous. It is a fast machine just like the one it is replacing when it was new 12+ years ago. If you have the budget (and catch a sale) I would suggest you seriously consider this machine.

I thought the screen was beautiful and the whole computer beautiful, It was sleek and loved how everything looked. Unfortunately for me as a female with small hands I had to return the laptop due to their keyboard being seamless which made each key larger than normal so my hands could not fit the keyboard and would spend double the time correcting my work, so had to return it, If it wasn't for this issue, its an awesome laptop

The laptop is great. Performance and specs wise, it's great and even design looks good/fancy. However, I am more on comfortability sides when using my laptop. I have been using Dell's laptop as far as I can remember latitude and precision. This XPS version gave me hard time with the reflective touch screen and no-gaps keyboard that hindered my efficiency on my work. Returning this today and will ask if Best Buy has Dell Precision 7560 model.
