This is the smart thermostat that I was looking for. I have an oversized ac unit that cools down my home pretty quickly. The problem is that the ac doesn’t stay on for too long, about 5 minutes. So in the nighttime it is on and off many times. With the ecobee thermostat, I can adjust the minimum time that the ac will be on. So if it reaches the desired temperature, it will continue working for 15minutes (if I set it for that minimum time). Wi-Fi feature is also great. Get to control from outside my home. Customer service is also a plus. I called before purchasing the ecobee and they’re knowledgeable and polite.

Perfect option for smart thermostat without the hefty price tag of others. Setup myself with ease, and has worked flawless since day one. Integrated with google home without any issues.

This is a great thermostat. I have a two story house that's not zoned, but with this thermostat and the extra room sensors I can average the temperature across the thermostat and the sensors to keep a room at a temperature I desire.

This thermostat is amazing. Great product highly recommended. So easy to install and use. I love the app. I'm able to turn on the heater before we get home so we walk in to a warm house.

We love the Ecobee. It was fairly simple to install with the instructions provided and it works great. We have already noticed a difference in the savings it's creating and we got a rebate from our power supplier in addition.

I highly recommend Ecobee as it’s very easy to use from anywhere. You can also adjust your home temperature before you get home, thereby making it as comfortable as you’d like it to be.

This is a well designed thermostat. I purchased it work work with HomeKit on my IOS devices. Installation was very easy and the directions were clear. The thermostat is very accurate and easily controlled via my phone.

This is a great product and works excellent. Easy to use either manually on the thermostat or by making adjustments on the app. Saves you money on your electric bill as well.

Bought my first home and knew I wanted to upgrade to a smart thermostat. I bought it mainly because it worked with Apple’s HomeKit. It’s very easy to use and install.

I replace my old mercury thermostat with this new one. I just need to energize with the same transformer as the HVAC and the rest was very easy. It looks very good at home and it makes its job really good.

Easy to install and use from your phone. I was able to install my first on my own but my ac guy installed this one and was able to teach me how to use it most efficiently.

I love this thermostat! I installed the Ecobee on the 2nd floor of our home to better heat and cool two bedrooms. Thermostat is in the hallway at the top of the stairs and, before Ecobee, did not read the temps in the bedrooms - which were often very different from the temp at the thermostat location. Ecobee and a smart sensor in each bedroom solved the problem. I set the desired temperature and adjusted the Ecobee to use only the bedroom sensors. Bedrooms stay comfortable now that the thermostat has the right input from the bedroom sensors.

Installation instructions are easy to follow. Looks great and was very easy to set up to use either through the app or through apples HomeKit. I recommend the room sensors!

Easy to install and easy to operate. The instructions were straightforward and very helpful. The device works as described. I plan to add sensors at a later date so this became the best option at the lowest cost.
