Has saved me a substantial amount in heating and cooling bills....as I have members of the house that would gladly keep the heat or AC cranked up all day....with no one home. I LOVE being able to adjust it from anywhere on earth. It is pretty easy to install and client service is very good. I now have 2 with remote sensors. Highly recommended.

Ecobee has done a great job. It simply works, can be configured with both old and new furnace systems and works with Alexa and HomeKit. I also like the follow me feature with the remote sensor, keeps the room temperatures balanced. Alexa built in needs some work, but I appreciate being able to ask Alexa things while in the hallway walking out the house.

Very happy with my purchase. I did need an electrician to wire it for me but it is everything it’s advertised as. I like that it has a second sensor that I can put in another part of my home to regulate the temperature throughout the house. The app works great and on top of it I was able to get a rebate from my electric company.

Installed it myself.... Customer Service will tell you exactly what to do...enjoying warming my house through my iphone... easy and great when you accidentally leave heat or ac on Only issue is that sometimes it goes offline and you cant control it through the app when that happens. It usually reconnects itself in a little while or you just take it off the wall and put it back on and that fixes it right away

Easy set up. Great product. Easy interface and controls. We used it all winter with not problems at all. Turned off Alexa as we were having conversations and products related to that conversation would start showing up in our suggested purchase list on Amazon. CREEPY!! It is easy to shut off Alexa. GET THIS THERMOSTAT NOW!!

Doesnt have quite the learning capability of Nest, but it is compatible with a lot of the current HVAC systems, plus it comes with a remote temp/person sensor. If you want just basic Alexa/Google voice control, you can save some $ by purchasing something else, but you will lose geofencing and IFTTT control which I use a lot.

I am very satisfied with ecobee but built in Alexa completely not worth it. Its lacking many features as opposed to dot or echo. It also doesn't work with combination of dot or echo and both answer you. Very silly. Can't send messages, make calls and the microphone is not that good. I kept it bc with a discount I got, it cost me 200$. Which is the same as ecobee3. Do your self a favor, save 50$ and get dot instead of ecobee4.

Excellent purchase. I’m very happy with the ability to control my thermostat from my phone. The thermostat is paired with Alexa which is also great. In addition data on your thermostat/heating is available via the Ecobee app. The additional sensor is placed in a room that is historically cooler than the rest of the house.
