except that it didn't recognize that the compressor was set for cold. Initial run was of cold air. Took several minutes to find the setting to change to make the compressor make heat.

I like that the thermostat have room sensors to keep the temperature cool or hot in other room of the house. Also it has Alexa. But the price had lower since I got this one.

The Ecobee Smart Thermostat works great especially when you combine them with the sensors. It helps regulate the temperature throughout the house. I have not had any issues thus far.

I jumped into this product because of the sale and I don't regret it. Connected to Google home makes it easy for anyone in the family to adjust the temperature from anywhere.

Had a little trouble with set up because of the existing wiring. However, a simple and short phone call to Ecobee support and we were golden! They have awesome support hands down.

Ability to monitor remotely and the data provided are excellent. Very easy to use and really help regulate my temperature. Make sure u get enough sensors for the size of your home.

This ecobee 4 is super convenient if you want to have a smart thermostat. Directions are much more detailed than the Nest. It even has a built in Alexa. The sensors for rooms is another added bonus

This is a awesome product... You can control it form your phone which has been very helpful, you can set a schedule, and built in alexa is a bonus. It has helped with lowering my gas bill.

I've had this about a month, so I dont know how well it has worked on the heating bill yet. It was not as easy to install as advertised, especially if you have a heat pump, but it is doable. Overall, happy with the purchase.

We use it to control temp in master bedroom using remote sensor. Takes some reading but no too complicated. Easy to add extra events to schedule. Overall a good buy.

Installation wasn’t the easiest because I had to do a little re-wiring in my HVAC (but the instructions on how to do this were easy), but not everyone will need to do this. Otherwise, it’s a great, highly customizable thermostat.

This is a great thermostat for the smart home. I've currently got it tied into the Life 360 app to change the mode when I leave work to start cooling the house. This is awesome!

I had an existing splice in the cable from the thermostat to the furnace board. I called technical service for support and they helped me through the wiring of the PEK. Thank you.

Decided to go the Ecobee route as opposed to the Nest. This thing has a lot of functionality, and works like a champ! I can talk to it as well. :)

I tried many different thermostats and this is by far the best. I use the Alexa alot The extra sensor for another room helps to keep all the rooms at a comfortable degree.

The unit works well as far as thermostat controls and needs. However, the Alexa parr’s has always been tempermental! Sometimes it will respond and others can’t connect. If your buying for the Alexa, don’t bother

I bought this for my mom's house so that she can control her home temp from her phone. She loves it & it even has alexa built in so now she has an alexa on every floor of her home.

My main gripes are the plastic display should be glass and that the unit requires the C wire to work easily with units otherwise no gripes. Ps it does work with non c wire units just need to install an adapter on the unit.

Just installed it. Somewhat difficult as installation was not the same as app or manual stated. Customer service was awesome though. Let’s see if the savings start ASAP

Has helped control ac in the house and gives alerts of irregular activity. But alexa on here is always talking when she hears the tv playing lol but overall good
