Purchase this as a replacement to our original thermostat. We were lucky enough to have a “C” wire. If you don’t, an included device has to be installed on the HVAC unit.

I had wanted a smart thermostat since the day I purchased my home. When this one went on sale I jumped on it. The Alexa integration is a great addition for me.

Easy to install. Smart phone integration makes it simple to monitor and control the temperature of the house from anywhere. Gives peace of mind while at work or traveling on vacation.

The set-up was not difficult. The information it provides and the alerts are great features. Only had it a week, but like the ecobee4 more each day. pretty smart.

I am giving this 5 stars, because it works as intended, although I would like to see some added features in the future. The fact this comes with extra sensors is pretty cool.

I am satisfied with this thermostat. Alexa works good and brings up my playlist. I purchased mines on sale for 209.00 and with Focus On Energy 75.00 rebate it’s a good deal.

After reviewing the online video's and reading the installation instructions, installing the Ecobee was easy. I like that I can control the thermostat with my PC or my phone app.

Best product! I can control.it with Alexa, you can set up a perimeter for when your pulling in from being out, and the temp will automatically drop. Best investment!!

Very happy with the unit. The portable sensor's battery runs out too quickly i disabled it. I wish it came with a plug as opposed to batteries. The sensor was usually the same temp as the main sensor built into the unit.

The app is flawless, easy to use and program, the smart function is amazing, the sensors have mad the few cold and warm spots in the house disappear, great purchase.

Overall the installation went smoothly, and the setup of the sensor that came with the system was detected. So far it seems that the sensors detection of people in the room is inconsistent. but overall the systems seems to be working.

I had a nest for years I prefer the ecobee. Easy to install easy to use and no weird “learned” adjustments

this thermostat has many good features that i can use around the house! also has an auto update system! very good product

This thermostat has been awesome! I added it to my apartment because of high energy costs nd the air seemed to run all the time. The scheduling and monitoring has been great!

We need to keep track on humidity to keep frost away from the windows and keep our wood floors in good condition. We use the App to control the tempersture. Superveasy

We use this long distance at a mountain cabin. We can program it for winter and summer and all the seasonal changes in between.

Only had it for a month so not sure if we are saving money, but AC does not seem to run as much. Also, it is great that the ecobee can tell when we work from home and will keep the house cool without us changing the schedule.

Since, using this device, I have noticed a decrease in my electric bill. I'm able to monitor the temperature at home or away and make any changes.

Very good product installation took about 3 hrs first time installing it. Setup is very straight forward easy to follow instructions on the display

Very good thermostat. Can use any alexa device including its own built in alexa to tell it to set a chosen temperature at certain times and days.
