    Nice vacuum/mop combo

    Initially the concept seems unique since my current connected vacuum does not mop. The setup was pretty smooth. Unbox the base and remove a few packing materials. Then connecting the brushes, mop pad and water cap to the vacuum. Finally I downloaded the Yeedi app. I created an account by simply adding an email and password. Just need to scan a qr code on the vacuum under the water bottle. Then I just hit the play button on the app to start the first vacuum. The first job does the mapping of your home so plan on cleaning up any loose items on the floor otherwise the vacuum will get caught or destroy them. During vacuuming it is loud but not much more than other connected vacuum cleaners. When it returns to the home it is very loud. My dogs were barking at it for about 5 min which was distracting. Then you hear the drying of the unit for about an hour after the cycle. This is not loud but concerning that it is taking up unneeded power in the home. The app overall is very well done and switching from vacuum to vacuum/mop was easy. Also I was able to select just a room and pick if I wanted a quick clean or full clean. As for the quality of the clean. The vacuum was great and everything seemed clean. The mop was just ok. It seems like it just wiped a light clean on the floor so anything that needed a little more scrubbing was ignored. It did not leave streaks or water behind which was nice. I do have concerns on how much work there will be to keep the water holder on the vacuum full. Also to keep the dirty water reservoir clean and prevent mold from building over time. This was not a factor now but just thinking ahead about the maintenance. Ultimately the loud noise when returning to home and the hour long drying is a non starter when I am trying to keep my energy consumption down.

    Gets the house very clean for a robot vacuum. Doesnt run out of battery midway into cleaning like my old robot vacuum. Gets pet hair with ease and is easy to clean. Got it on half off sale and with my rewards i barely paid anything and im very happy with my purchase.

    Cool design and color. It totally avoid even if it’s a small toy on the floor but, still hits wall. I wish it map separately instead of mapping a vacuuming at the same it. It takes hours to map so I it makes mistakes them hours again to remap. Overall I am not supper happy it too expensive to have this many problem. I purchased it because I thought it was made by Ecovac but, it was made by another company they just used Ecovac name. They don’t have a way to contact them by phone. It takes them at least a day reply by email.

    I had a rocky beginning with my robot cleaning partner. My german shepherd bumped the station when I let her out for the day, an I guess it casued the bottom plate to come lose just enough to where the station couldnt suck the water out of the tray when it cleans the mop head. Which I assume caused the tray to overflow and leak water onto my floor an warped it in a small place, so I’ve relocated the station to a portion of my house that has tile flooring. It was a little bit of a learning curve to figure out. By default it only sweeps, there’s a setting in the app that allowes you to tell it to mop. The instructions says to only use clean tap water, so thats what I’ve used. Not a true mopping experience, but it is what it is. I love how little maintenance it is, put a fresh bag in the station every 30 days (based off of one cleaning cycle a day) an every 4-7 days I’ll empty the waste water bucket and clean it with some clean water and slap it back on the station. It has little quirks that I love such as “please put the robot back on the floor” when you pick it up to move it when it’s actively cleaning. I will update this review if the robot has any problems, but for the time being, I’m happy with my purchase and the cleaning job that it does.

    Cleans great! I’m not sure if you can clean certain areas automatically. As far as I can tell, you have to pick it up and take it to a certain area to do that. I can do that easily with my other robot. I have rooms that are seldomly used, so it would be great to avoid those areas when cleaning while I’m away from home. I haven’t used the mopping feature yet. I have another mopping robot. Overall, it’s a good vacuuming robot.

    Not bad for a cheaper model. The water refilling process for the mopping is a little cumbersome, but overall its vacuuming capabilities are good and its LiDar works well. Doesn’t get stuck as much as the Shark Models.

    I am returning this vacuum a day after purchase. I am an Ecovacs fan and my last robot lasted 4 years, then started having issues. I used my GSP and bought this because it had Ecovacs brand name on it. The APP IS NOT BY ECOVACS. It is by Yeedi, which is a newer, sub-company. PLEASE NOTE this vacuum uses a camera to 'map' your house ineffectively. You will need LIGHTS on for it to work properly, which is not acceptable from a $600 product. Genuine, premium Ecovacs products at this price range generally use lidar/radar and the app will show you where EXACTLY the vacuum has been. This 3rd party YEEDI app is horrible. Please do not buy this vacuum. I'm not sure how Yeedi can get away with putting Ecovacs name on this horrible product.

    The product is as described. Its both a vacuum and mop with cleaning station. The product itself is sleek and fairly simple to set up and use. The reasons I'm leaving a 4 star review and not a 5 star review: 1) I thought I was purchasing an Ecovacs product. To my surprise the box delivered to my door is for "Yeedi". After some googe searching I figured out that Yeedi is owned by Ecovacs. It was a confusing experience to not receive a Ecovacs product and if I had known this wasn't a Ecovacs branded item I would have bought something else. 2) Its clear the app used for this product has some translation issues. Words are in the wrong place. The app is fairly basic. Its performed a few cleanings but for some reason doesn't show any history when you click on it. 3) The mop only uses water. If there are additives, you have to buy them separately and nothing came with the device. The instructions specify that you use water with nothing added. A mop that just uses water was a bit disappointing 4) When you open the box there is a QR code to watch a youtube video to set up the device... except the video that populates isn't for the the Yeedi, its for a different Ecovacs vacuum. I had to do additional searching to find the correct video

    Very good vacumn. Thought it would be able to move aroudn items better but does avoid most. Wish the mopping was a littel better but i hear it is way better then most on the market right now. Mopping still has some work to developed but it is great for maintaning a clean floor. Not really used to clean a floor

    The ECOVACS Cube Pro has completely transformed how I clean my home. It’s a total game changer! I love how I can vacuum the entire house whenever I want, all from my phone. Not only does it vacuum, but it also mops — and it really scrubs, not just lightly wipes the floor like some others. The mop lifting feature is genius for switching between carpet and hard floors, and the auto-cleaning station makes maintenance super easy. The mapping is spot-on, and it avoids obstacles like a pro. My floors have never looked better with so little effort from me. Highly recommend if you want a cleaner home without doing the work!

    I have had it for anout 6 months and we love it. Its easy to use and low maintenance. I would recommend if they can update the software so mapping would be easier to edit when dividing rooms.

    The product is good but not worth the price paid. I have used it for around 9 months. It was great initially but later the robot wasn’t effectively following the maps and not picking all debris. The robot ignores certain areas and there is water clogging at times it spills over to the floor as well (from station). Thanks to Best buy for arranging an exchange and providing a brand new item. I hope these technical issues would be solved with the new item.

    I’ve had the X2 Omni for over six months now, and it has been an absolute disappointment. This robot consistently fails to map my house, often disregarding entire rooms and combining my kitchen, living room, and family room into one. It even creates nonexistent rooms, adding to the frustration. On top of that, it gets stuck on tangled hair or around my kitchen table, frequently loses connectivity with the base station, and bumps into everything, requiring constant supervision. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I was promised a resolution, but six months have passed with no updates—no software improvements, no modifications to the faulty brush design, nothing. What’s most frustrating is that leadership has refused to take my calls or offer any real solutions. I was informed that there is no fix for the X2 Omni, and they’ve made it clear they aren’t going to make it right. I’ve used several robot machines over the years, and this one is by far the worst. If you’re considering a purchase, do yourself a favor and look into a Shark robotic machine—better priced, better customer service, and far superior quality.

    If you have pets that track dirt in and out on hardwood floors this is not for you. Works pretty good on low pile rugs but slings sand and debris all over hardwood flood. Worked great for the first month. Changed all of the attachments and bags (repeatedly) robot doesnt acknowledge it on the app. I don’t know why i keep bothering with it. I turn it off more than use it. Only reason I’m leaving this review is bc a year later getting ready to spend another $600 on a robot vaccum but this time hopefully it will last me a few years like my roomba did.

    This was a game changer, it vaccums and mops the entire house, best part all i need to do is add water. After cleaning for a while is goes back to base to clean the mop than goes back to where it has stopped. It cleans my entire 2800 sq feet home in one charge.

    I am considering returning it. It gets everything clean but it is loud and does not track the room correctly. The display shows up in different languages when moving between screens. I can not create a barrier or seperate two rooms that are two different rooms...so I have to clean both room. The suction on the vacumn to empty has been jammed up twice.

    So far love this. The mop feature works better than I thought it would. We have two dogs, and it really helps cut down on the dog smell by moping twice a day with this vacuum! Only problem is these vacuums break easily, so we’ll see how long this lasts.
