The mop is incredible. I love that it cleans itself. I barely have to touch it. Being able to map out my house works pretty well for the robot too.

Works great as it should only issue I've had is it trying to re-dock.

It worked great for about the first 3 cycles. The first time it ran it mapped out my main floor no issues and the two cycles after that it has been an absolute headache. Ive tried factory resetting everything and tried having it remap the layout coubtless times. The more you rin it the worse it gets. It always gets lost, it’ll clean the same spots multiple times while never touching other areas of the house and it can never find the docking station. Everytime i walk by this particular vacuum in every best buy, its always on sale for hundreds off. Dont let that tempt you, theres a reason for that. Do your research and spend the extra money on a GOOD robot vacuum. This one is not good, its terrible. Im done dealing with this pile of junk.

This is my first time to have this type of vacuum robot. Work like a charm!!

Seems to have issues mapping. Ive run it several times, it will not map my house. It gets lost alot and bounces off of everything. Ive moved the base to different locations. Where it does go, it vacuums. Haven't been able to try the mopping feature.

I thought I would save a few bucks and go with a less expensive vacuum and mop. Unfortunately that savings translates to significantly decreased performance. I never was able to get the auto emptying feature to work and had to manually empty the vacuum bin every time. The vacuum power was ok, but if you have pets it does a much better job of scaring the floofs around rather than actually vacuuming them up. I thought the mop was working well, but couldn't figure out why there never seemed to be any dirty water. Turns out the pump mechanism to the dirty water reservoir did not work and was instead just pumping the dirty water to the space underneath the home station! Luckily I didn't keep this that long and discovered this fact before the water caused irreparable harm to the floor.

Works well but gets lost coming back to the dock after 2nd trip out.

This worked great for about 2 weeks, I was impressed with it. Then, for no apparent reason, it just stopped functioning properly. It wasn't able to go to the correct rooms. It couldn't remap the house. It couldn't find its way back to the base station. Support is only available via email, and they are not helpful. They just give suggestions that are already in the manual, but I had already followed all of the maintenance procedures. Basically, now I am out several hundred dollars and Yeedi doesn't care to do right by their customers.

What a life saver until my pup chewed the cord. It learns how to navigate your home with its mapping and the mop function is amazing! Only thing you must maintain is your floor. Dont want cords or objects laying around.
