I had huge hopes for this thing. It needs updates bad….. constantly getting stuck against walls, its cleaning patterns and mapping are all so poor currently. Maybe with some updates it will be an okay robot vacuum but for this price tag is makes me want to send it back and get the older model. It seems like the more square body of it makes it get stuck way easier. Coming from a ECOVAC T8+, if it wasn’t broken I would rather have the T8+ to be honest. Will update if things change.

The best robot I’ve ever had. I am using robots since 2019. The difference is the mopping where it makes my job easier at home. I live in a house and I don’t have carpets so it helps mopping very well. I set the robot for standard mopping and it’s doing great, if you have kids you set it for deep mopping to remove stain.also, it’s self cleaning after each cycle of cleaning and it’s easy to navigate and use. I highly recommend it.

I owned an ecovacs in germany for the past year. The thing never once had an issue, and it cleaned every spec of dirt and hair. It was on a timer to run every day at 0900. When i got back to America, i thought I'd "upgrade" to what should be a better model. This model is absolutely the worst vaccum ever. I've had it a couple of weeks, and i have not gotten it to complete my little apartment once. It's constantly zooming to opposite ends of my apartment. It literally RAMS into my dogs water bowl and spills water. It runs over the legs of my chairs and gets stuck. It gets so confused when going from wood to a rug. And it doesn't vaccum the dog hair in the bedroom on the carpet. Just bundles it up and leaves it behind. I will be downgrading as soon as i bring this thing back.

I have owned 3 ecovacs and this one mops like magic but the vacuum alone is a step back in performance, Why did they take away the second brush sweeper. The mapping is disappointing to use and i can't make it only clean one room. Changing the map is next to impossible. I can't use this like i have with my other models. Plus it got stuck more then normal due to larger unit and not rounded like my others. I returned and rushed to find a new unit like my old one.

I replaced my older model where i had to change the pads. This is all in one. It cleans the corners better due to its square shape. Area cleaning is more complicated than the last software version. Has multiple settings for both moping and vacuuming. I also like you can ask it to clean the same area twice. I feel that motor for vacuuming is less powerful. Mapping technology needs upgrade. Last model had two brushes but this only has one. That has decreased the cleaning power . Main brush is an improvement from the last one.

Awesome automated system. Pretty good with obstacles but sometimes it's less likely to try to clean anywhere near it and just skip the spot..

The square design is a big improvement. It gets into corners and has a much better turn radius vs. my other deebots. I love never having to mop or vacuum, just replace water every so often and good to go. Love these products.

Its feel downgrade when you compare it to the x1 omni the only good things its the mop leftup and better moping but the map thing and how to vacuum and mop its bad and miss alot of spots

The price is a little high but it has been an extremely good vacuum and is easy to set up.

Like the title says this is my first vacuum of this type. I picked up a Dyson V15 as an upgrade to my V10 from years back, and I love it. However since it’s new, I wanted to do my whole house. 30 minutes later from my dogs going in and out the house, the floors looked liked nobody cleaned them…lol. My wife has been wanting a robot vacuum for awhile now. And after what seemed like endless research it mainly came down to the Roborock, and Dreame flagships. I ended up going with this one (Ecovac) because it was also talked about in the “robovac community” as one of the new ones with all the latest technology, and I didn’t want to go to far over 1K, also Bestbuy had it in stock. So far it’s been amazing. As far as strange cleaning patterns. What I noticed is let it map the floors (AI), and after a couple of cleaning sessions. It starts to clean more in “predictable” patterns. However regardless I never had it miss sections of the floor because of it’s patterns. I don’t care what pattern it uses as long as the floor is covered. I would recommend this, due to it’s scrubbing pads (the ones with the normal pad doesn’t clean as well), lidar, cameras, hotwater self cleaning. If you let it map your floors, after tidying up the house alittle. Done a few sessions, and it still seems to disappoint you, take it back.

The vacuum is ok, but the app needs work. The vacuum has potential but the app is not user friendly. I'm using a Pixel 8 pro, so it's not my phone. Mapping errors, problems with splitting the rooms. The robot gets stuck and just spend a few minutes trying to think it's way out. I tried support which is not here in the US and they told me to call back the next day to see if an employee in app is available. I just gave up and upgraded to a better system..

This is a new product to the market. Some of the reviews on this product shouldnt deter the potential buyer if this vac has all your features. When I first bought it, it wasnt perfect but after a couple updates the vac cleans very good. This is a big investment, however the time and convenience you soon figure out this was actually worth it. My first floor is about 2500 sqft and if its on mop and vac it will need to charge a lil before finishing which is fine with me and not a big deal. If you just need to mop or vac then the batter will last a couple hours for sure.It does not stink over time, those complaining are not cleaning out the tray, which the directions instructed the consumer to do. This is quiet, navigates much better than my older vacs, very smart and the app is getting better all the time. Think about how long it takes you to sweep/vac your floor? Now multiply that times 52 weeks or if your like me the vac comes on everyday...is that worth $1200-1500 per year? For me it is. Hardwood floors dont clean themselves and will build up dirt and grime. This is one of the best things we bought for our new home

Wonderful machine. Deep brush vacuuming with multiple suction power settings. Deep mop scrubbing with multiple scrub selections. Perfect WiFi and cellular connection so it can be activated away from home. Has scheduling on it. Easy to maintain and clean. Very satisfied!

This vacuum is amazing, takes a little set up. But it works amazing and it fits under the couch!!! Works perfect, quiet enough to run at night while sleeping. Just amazing and best purchase ever. I had 4 other robot vacuums not even close.

This is a very good vaccum - mop robot. An essential item for homes with pets. Easy to set up and schedule. Does a decent enough job, That said, all robots will require some manual assistance. This is no exception. It leaves about 2/3 inches gap when mopping along the walls. This is because the mop pads are inset. Also, the accessories could be an issue. Takes a while to come from China.

We previously had a T10 plus non-mopping Deebot and it was great. It lasted about 23 months before dying. We purchase the X2 Omni being the latest and greatest. The initial mapping worked great and the unit worked good the first few months, and now we're 6 months in, and this unit was definitely not worth the investment. The vacuum gets lost, will just spin in circles and does not clean the whole house. The Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout the house, so it is not a connectivity issue. It has completely remapped itself and the layout does not resemble our house in any way whatsoever. It will vacuum for a couple of minutes in one room, then go across the house to another and start there for a few minutes. It will never complete one area at a time. It's all over the place.

Overall Good machine. If on high suction the battery runs out pretty quick.

While it is costly, I can't complain it keeps my house clean. I don't have to worry about it not mopping up spills. I previously bought a Deebot N10, which did great as a vacuum, but the mop didn't do great at all, so I decided to upgrade to the X2 OMNI, which exceeded my expectations. The mapping is excellent and even allows you to clean areas as small as a piece of furniture. Also, the OMNI allows a cleaning solution, whereas the previous DEEBOT models only allowed water for the mop. I have three kids, a wife, two dogs, and all wood floors, so before purchasing DEEBOT, my house was dusty and always dirty, and I never had enough time to vacuum and mop the whole house. Now I can clean the floors whenever I want and finally have a clean house. Also, it does excellent with not missing spots and avoiding obstacles. In two weeks, it has only gotten stuck once and that was on something small the kids left on the floor. Besides, I have never had to worry about her getting stuck and following her around. I can honestly leave the cleaning of the floors to her.

The vacuum is rather efficient and cleans well. The best part is the mopping. The pads spin and scrub which makes a huge notable difference. The only issue is sometimes the vacuum goes past virtual boundaries. But otherwise it’s a great product.the app is a little hard to get used to at first but in time it gets easier.

We got this vacuum because our shark ran over our dogs accident and was ruined. We decided on this one because it avoids potential accidents however it was definitely was not worth the $1000. It doesn't have a matrix cleaning mode like the shark so it doesn't clean our small apartment efficiently it kind of scatter brain cleans therefore missing areas of the floor. Also this may just be because of the dog we have but the vacuum main brush is constantly getting tangled once it happened 3 times in the span of 5 minutes I kept track that day. We ended up buying a vacmop Tineco recently for about $400 and unfortunately can't return the Deebot because it's been too long. We gave up on it after 6 months we really wanted to love it because of how much we paid just goes to show more expensive doesn't always mean better.
