I’ve only had this robot vacuum for a few days, so I can’t fully rate how well the mopping feature works yet. However, I have used the vacuuming function, and I really love how it performs. The robot creates the map on its own, but you also have the option to set specific zones if it happens to miss an area you want cleaned. One of my favorite features is that you can choose exactly which room you want it to start in, and it offers multiple power levels. I can be working from home or even on the phone, and if I set it to a lower level, I can’t hear it at all. Even on the highest setting, it’s still quieter than my previous robot vacuum, which was a Roomba — although to be fair, my Roomba was about 14 years old when it finally stopped working. Still, the difference in noise level is impressive. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is that for the mopping feature, Ecovacs recommends using their own brand of cleaning solution. I didn’t realize that beforehand, and the liquid doesn’t come included when you purchase the robot vacuum and mop. It would be helpful if this were made clearer during the purchase, or if they included a small sample so you can try it right away. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something future buyers should be aware of. What I can confidently give 5 out of 5 stars to is the customer service. I bought this robot at what I thought was a good price, and two days after it arrived, I noticed the price had dropped. I called customer service, provided the info they required — proof of purchase date, that it was within their eligible timeframe, and that I met their criteria — and they processed the price match with absolutely no issues. They completed it in less than 24 hours, and I really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole process was. Overall, I’m very happy so far with this Ecovacs robot. The performance, customization options, low noise levels, and especially the excellent customer service make it a great experience. In about 30 days, I’ll try to post an update to share how the mopping feature is working for me.

My roborock seemed more intelligent. But this item is great ar obstacle avoidance and cleans a lot better. Looks nicer too.

Gets hung up fairly easy. Mopping feature is ok but not as good as advertised. Also mapping goes out of wack and ive had to re-map my home 3 times in 1.5 months.

Robot does a good job overall but there are a few issues with it. It makes an irritating humming noise when it completes a cleaning job and goes back to the station. I have to either manually pull it out and then let it go back to the docking station for that noise to stop. This happens every time the job completes. Battery: seems like the battery drains real fast - it goes from 99% to 40% in just 30 minutes. Mopping could be a little better - pressure wise. The floor looks clean but any dry water or liquid patches on the floor do not disappear even after multiple runs.

This robot vacuum exceeded my expectations. It cleans thoroughly, navigates smartly around furniture, and saves a lot of time. Very quiet, easy to use, and perfect for daily cleaning.

Works great. Good suction and cleans very well. Would buy again.
