Amazing open world. Legend of Zelda meets dark souls

After more than 110 hours in this game, I'm not sure if I'm even at the halfway point, it's just so massive. And let's be honest, pretty tough at times, but almost never to the point of unfair. But I'm loving every minute of it, and wish I were playing it right now. It's by far my favorite Souls game, and a must-experience title, with a captivating world full of surprises, varied enemies, cool weapons, and little to no handholding like many other modern games.

If you like Dark Souls you’ll like this game. Beautifully made. Hard as a mother trucker. But worth the time!

Great addition to any Souls fan's collection! One of the greatest titles ever by From Software, along with the new Erdtree Expansion.

If you like souls type games, you'll love this. It's an open-world version of a souls-type game. If you're new to this genre, it may seem frustrating as you will die a lot in the game but that is a gameplay mechanic so that you improve and learn from your mistakes. The payoff from beating a hard boss is worth it. As for performance on the PS5, it runs well on the performance mode. There are frame drops when going to new areas, but those don't happen often.

This was a great deal. I have so many unopened PS5 games, I haven’t played this one. Will update when I play this video game.

Always stayed away from souls like games because of their difficulty but took a chance with Elden Ring. I am so addicted to playing this game, it is so much fun. Yes it can be difficult but their is something satisfying about defeating a boss you’ve been having trouble with.

I have mixed feelings, I am a hardcore souls fan. So, I feel that this game is on the easy side, more accessible to new comers. Perhaps, this is not a bad thing, but don't get me wrong, anyone coming from regular open world games like legend of zelda and horizon zero dawn will have to learn how soul games....after you overcome the first boss, you will be someone else...you will be a soulsplayer...and there is no way you are going back. Enjoy!

Love this game. Especially the open worlds, also the fighting and moves and the bosses are a lot fun .

I am an occasional gamer. This game has incredible graphics and an awesome storyline, but I found it complicated to play for my play level.

This is honestly one of the best games I have ever played. This is my first souls game and this game me buy the older ones. I promise you will not be disappointed with this game. The combat is great and there are a large variety of weapons and abilities that you can pick from. Boss fights are amazing. I’m about 120 hours in and there’s still plenty to do.

Please do all of us a favor and GET THIS GAME! It has won many awards for a reason and is currently one of the best games I have ever played. It can be very difficult at times, but it is a fun challenge and isn't repetitive like a lot of modern games. The world has a scale and beauty that is rarely matched. You don't need to think about this decision.

Eldin Ring is an amazing and beautiful game. It is not for everyone. Gameplay can be challenging enough to make some want to quit. Dying over and over again is part of the journey. Learning to best bosses after countless deaths is what makes victory so satisfying.
