Wonky software satisfaction with hardware

I just wish not everything had to have extra software just because.

The company was less than helpful so had to return the product before the return window expired. Extremely disappointed with this product. Research other products before purchasing this one! Unhappy customer!

Constant no signal on this card from the ps4 on multiple motherboards. Yes, hdcp is off. Currently waiting on Elgato to reach out to me for help. Can’t recommend this card yet. Staying positive though. Maybe i just got a bad card.
